Most people that live in these houses hav mansions in their villages and hav many shops at main market nd other market places, majority are landlords and millionaires. Na umu boy dey fetch water every evening when they come back from market. We are blessed and we don't complain

I have been saying it that the storey buildings in Onitsha are grossly inhabitable .

To the developers… this is a good development

I have a farm in Anambra State, I spent thrice what it would cost me to sink a borehole in my home state Imo to sank just one in Anambra. Anambra topology does not favor borehole. What the government should do I to recreate what Dee Sam Mbakwe did when he was governor.

The problem is that the houses were built and connected to waterworks. Unfortunately, the last time water from government sources flowed in Onitsha is around the 90s. So tenants have to go to nearby borehole to fetch water. @CCSoludo look into the water situation. Its terrible

Worst part of these are; 1. No Elevetors 2. No water 3. No Fire Escape 4. No Fire Fighting considerations were put into the buildings. Our Government has really failed us No be today. When things get right, most of these houses will be demolished or forced to renovate
