Okay listen, I’m a cinematographer and a photographer There’s no way that the camera comes with the lens attached. When she took it out, it looked like the lens was attached and broken off the camera. That isn’t possible. The camera always comes in a dense foam before placed inside the box which is also packaged in a delivery box so there’s no way it gets broken like that

The customer service was a bit rude but I'm sure the delivery driver didn't smash that stuff, she did that one on purpose Besides stuffs like that should have a caution sign, u don't expect the delivery driver to carry everything with caution when he has more deliveries to make

I have to be honest here . It was bad of the driver to trow it like that. But I also struggle to see that it did so much damage or any damage at all. the package contains Styrofoam that protects a lot against falls. I have worked with delivery and warehouses.
