I've been using cameras since 1978. Not once have I ever seen lens flare or reflection come through a cloud suggesting that it is behind the cloud.. Lens flare happens on the lens so that second circular object should be in front of the cloud and in clear sight, not slowly appearing through thick cloud.

“What is that? Two Moons in the sky at the same time.” “They’re two different colours - what the…” This clip is truly crazy. This was filmed in Scotland just two days ago - I’ve seen a number of similar clips recently - but assumed they were a reflection or a Lens Flare. This clearly isn’t.
