Waste management is always a problem of megacity all over the world. I have personally seen smelly parts of London (esp East London), Los Angeles (downtown LAs and some places) and New York (Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn) and many European cities centers and downtowns but I won't make a general conclusion that those cities are generally smelly. But these adekodere (Lagos JJCs), smelly villagers will smell themselves and the smelly environment they constituted in Lagos and say Lagos is smelly. Let them show us their rooms and their compound first and we will know where the smells are coming from.
