i used to eat meat when I was in china but mostly only trusted the muslims for preparing meat dishes for meat its best to go only to the muslim places. I did have great fish meals at typical restaurants in xiamen and guangdong province though.

Looks like a restaurant especially for tourists.Usually should avoid such places to taste food just like Muslim food street in Xi’an.More expensive but tastes not good.
