i don't agree with this at all. he was investigating another situation with a crash, she rides by previous and sees him dealing with something else. he OUT of nowhere decides to run towards traffic and yell and waves his hands, then hes a smartass and says he can determine HER speed without a radar detector hes out of his f'ing mind. she could fight this.
