The landlord who owns this apartment complex did not want to pay for a real maintenance man. Instead she hired her son with no real experience to do the job to save some money. Throughout the years I’ve seen some horrendous attempts by landlords to save money. I’ve seen people run extension cables in the walls instead of hiring electricians. I’ve seen crumbing stairs with no hand rains and concrete holes patched with loose gravel and many other things that reek of the landlord special. I’ve lived in a house in college where the landlord rewired the electricity himself. Apparently there was a light switch in the basement that many of the outlets were wired into. However the light switch itself did not actually control any lights. The way he wired it and I’m sure it wasn’t meant to be like this but it controlled the outlets wired into it instead of a light fixture. One of my visitors was trying to turn on the light in the basement and tried that switch unknowingly shutting off power to the kitchen and living room. I thought it was a blown fuse, went downstairs and tried to reset the breaker and nothing happened. It wasn’t until I had to hire my own electrician and took days of tracing wires that we found out what happened.

Pubs Of The Industrial Revolution Part 2 #Ironbridge, #Shropshire Return To The Boat Inn, #Jackfield, #Telford. 🎙 Vinnie Sullivan We return to the amazing and welcoming 'Boat Inn' where we was once more received with open arms by it's friendly landlord. it touched us when he told us that after our video which included Morris Dancers, three more groups of Morris Dancers and even Belly dancers had visited the pub off the back of our video. This pub has flood many times due it sitting directly beside the river Severn at the bottom of a beautiful valley. The garden, the brickwork and the interior are truly culturally charming as well as welcoming and homely. Thank you once again for yet another charming tour and a chance to reflect upon on of our early episodes. The views and the memories combined are why this public house will always be special to me on a personal level. -- The iconic region of Ironbridge contains a huge array of important history which effected not only Britain, but the entire world. The pubs of Ironbridge served the early workers of the industrial revolution who were busy creating the world in which we know today. Strangely the modern media creates a fictional reality for the building of western architecture and industry, wrongly neglecting the real, hard working people of the factories who built Britain and beyond. William and Catherine invited a friendly postman, a trusted shopkeeper and his wife, the loyal landlord of the Middletons local Bucklebury village pub and their lovely butcher to share their special wedding day. This is what they said about The Prince and Princess of Wales 🤵🏼👰🏻‍♀️ Pub landlord John Haley of the Old Boot Inn spoke of his astonishment at receiving an invitation, even though at that point he has known the Middleton family for over 14 years. “William and Kate have been to my pub about ten times in the past year. They come in, sit quietly at the table, drink wine and are a lovely couple. They’ve been in to dine and talk to the regulars naturally. They come in and relax; they mingle with other customers, not at arm's length or anything; they're just a normal couple. When [William came into the pub], it was a bit, 'Wow, it's Prince William.' But he soon put everyone at ease, and now he's been in several times. It's a great honour. I've known the family for a long time. They are a lovely, normal family, and I'm very happy for Kate.” Mr Shingadia, who runs the local shop, said: ‘We’re over the moon, absolutely thrilled. I have known Catherine for six years. “She comes in regularly. She has brought William in on about three or four occasions. The first time, having a Prince in my store was mind-blowing. He likes Viennetta ice cream, and he buys that a lot. I’ve got to know him better each time. What’s lovely about him is even though he meets many people, he still remembers my daughter’s name. Meera is only 11, but he also asks how she gets on at school. He did that genuinely, showing he cares and thinks about the people he meets. William came in a short while back when they went to a friend’s wedding in Gloucester. He asked how I was getting on and about my family, and asked how his grandma was doing The first time she brought him in, it was a total shock; we didn't recognise him immediately, but when they did the shop, she introduced him. Another guest is postman Ryan Naylor, whose bag has been getting heavier by the day because of Kate’s huge fan mail. They identified his exact car (a black Toyota Corolla) and license plate. The police dispatch audio stated he was wearing a black mask and a tactical vest, possibly carrying a rifle. They also explicitly stated he was driving hospital to hospital looking for the victim. His father claimed Zach simply went back to his apartment. Yet, at 4:45 PM, police were radioing to get in touch with his landlord because they couldn't find him there. 2⃣ The Father: Ahmed Qureshi & The Sudden $7.5M Windfall Zach's father is a 26-year commissioned Navy officer and a military contractor. The Contracts: His company, BILT Inc., had spent years landing smaller defense contracts. Suddenly, in June 2025—right when the planning for the UVU event kicked into high gear—they were awarded back-to-back contracts totaling 7.5 MILLION DOLLARS. The Foreign Ties: Ahmed was previously stationed at "North Camp" (MFO) in the Sinai Peninsula. This is the central base for international forces monitoring the security treaty between Egypt and Israel. (Let’s not forget the Egyptian jets and Israeli cell phones heavily tied to this event). 3⃣ The Brothers: Special Forces & Fort Huachuca Baron Coleman revealed Zach has a brother, Zane Qureshi, who is a Green Beret in the 19th Special Forces Group—a unit specializing in unconventional warfare, counter-insurgency, and counter-terrorism. Mt team did our own digging and found a Second brother they missed: Tom Qureshi. He failed his swallow test again today, which means they will definitely be putting a G-tube (feeding tube) into his stomach. We are currently waiting for a bed to open up at an acute live-in rehab facility. He isn't doing much better, but he isn't doing worse either, and we are keeping our spirits high. Because of your incredible support, we were able to pay his rent for another month, which gives us some breathing room to figure out his living situation and his rehab.
