Seen a lot of stick on here for Paddy Brennan for his ride on Northern Air and I wanted to watch it just to say to the idiots that it’s what you deserve betting on a maiden hurdle hurdle for a horse first run over hurdles. They are almost schooling them and giving them experience on first run over hurdles or trying to get a mark so you’re just thick for betting a horse first time up over hurdles. I watched it anyway and wtf IT IS ACTUALLY SHOCKING Takes a pull on it most of the race and even a pull 2 out and never ever tried to win the race and finished off the race so well you’d have to think what the fuck was Paddy Brennan doing. He made 0 effort to win the race and it was actually obvious from the off what he was doing because he had him held up 10 lengths off the pace with the outsiders. Paddy never intended to win the race from the off

Since we’re talking about Monza, I don’t think Lando ‘wanted’ to help Oscar so they could protect him from Charles’ undercut. The team definitely thought that way, that’s for sure. According to Oscar’s radio. But I think Lando wanted to be selfish and wanted to wait for a cheap safety car pit stop. Which he had every right to do, since he was the leading car. It’s similar to what happened in Bahrain, when Oscar complained about Lando’s dirty air even though Lando was on an entirely different strategy. They still pitted Lando earlier anyway. In Bahrain, Oscar was the leading car, and he dictated the strategy. Which as far as I understand, this is how the team operates. But this time, Lando said, “IF THERE WILL BE AN UNDERCUT, I WANT TO BOX FIRST,” and the team said, “THERE WILL BE NO UNDERCUT.” Of course, it wasn’t Oscar’s fault. But when he won his first race in a similar situation and this time he called it “just racing,” while people accused Lando of stealing points from him instead of blaming the team. That’s honestly pretty diabolical and dumb to me. Especially considering Lando didn’t even ask to be swapped after the pit stop and just stayed silent. Maybe watch the races before talking shit like that? Just an idea.

Denny Hamlin shared on Actions Detrimental that he apologized to Austin Dillon via text for running into him yesterday at the entry to Turn 6A. Said that he couldn't see there was dirt on the track in that section until he pulled out from behind Dillon, and compared it to hitting black ice because once the dirt got on his tires he had zero grip. "As soon as I touched the brake, (it was) over. It spun out."
