When Lane Kiffin began as a Head Coach in major college football in 2009: Nick Saban had zero national championships at Alabama Urban Meyer was coaching Florida Joe Paterno was coaching Penn State It was the first year of the Obama Administration That's how long Lane Kiffin has been around. Kiffin has never coached in a playoff game. Kiffin has never reached a major conference championship game. Kiffin is 4-13 in the regular season vs. Top 10 opponents. The amount of media attention Kiffin gets, relative to his (lack of) accomplishment, is unlike anything we've seen in college football history.
