Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a minimally invasive operation to remove the gallbladder, most commonly for symptomatic gallstones or acute/chronic cholecystitis. The abdomen is first inflated with carbon dioxide (pneumoperitoneum) to create working space. Usually 3–4 small ports are inserted, including a camera port. The gallbladder is retracted to... expose Calot’s triangle. The surgeon carefully identifies the cystic duct and cystic artery and confirms the Critical View of Safety before dividing anything. The cystic duct and artery are then clipped and divided. The gallbladder is dissected away from the liver bed using electrocautery, placed in a retrieval bag, and removed through one of the ports. The operative field is checked for bleeding or bile leakage, the instruments are withdrawn, the carbon dioxide is released, and the small incisions are closed. ⚠️ Important complications include bile duct injury, bleeding, bile leak, infection, retained stones, and injury to surrounding structures. I havent seen anyone post about it but one thing that stood out to me the most from the MW4 briefing is how sick the Tactical Nuke animation is. Tactical Nuke is back but the animation is completely different. You call it in a small phone and then a buckle into a skyhook a plane grabs right before the nuke drops and you look back at the map getting nuked. You also flip the map off as you fly away Its one of the sickest things I saw. The video below is an example from MW3 of what i mean.

We have spent the last three days chasing the aircraft fighting the Ross Fire in Palo Pinto County. The fire is now over 83,000 acres and only 12% contained as of the latest update today. These videos are of the Canadair CL-415 from Aeroflite assisting with the firefighting efforts. The videos are from Monday and today, Wednesday. It is absolutely incredible what these aerial teams do. And they are just one part. Everyone working in the air and on the ground is doing their part to help fight this fire and protect the communities in its path. Thank you to everyone working tirelessly to protect and save the community.

Personal Update Was stuck in West Maui the past few days due to the wildfires without power or cell service and no access to the airport. My wife and I are fine and now are at the airport overnight waiting for our flight to Oahu then the mainland. Absolute horror scene there and my heart goes out to the locals and first responders. Shit is out of a horror movie. Here is a video and some pics before and after in Lahaina.
