GREECE 01.01.2024 All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP) to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of one minute and five seconds of video footage captured via multiple sensor modalities aboard a U.S. military platform in 2024. An accompanying mission report, DoW-UAP-D7, described the UAP as “diamond-shaped” and moving at approximately 434 knots. The observer also reported that the UAP was only detectable via short-wave infrared (SWIR) sensor. Video Description: The screen is split into two viewing areas for the first ten seconds of the video, with the right side displaying electro-optical footage and the left side displaying SWIR footage. 00:04: An area of contrast becomes distinguishable against the background in the center of the right frame. 00:10: The display shifts to a full-screen view of the SWIR feed to better focus on the area of contrast. 00:55: The area of contrast remains generally within the center of the sensor field-of-view. The area of contrast visually resembles an inverted teardrop with a vertically linear trailing mass suspended below. 00:56: The operator switches the sensor modality to visible spectrum, losing the subject against the background. -01:05: The operator switches the sensor modality to SWIR (Black-Hot) but does not reacquire the area of contrast.

I attended a meeting of the UAP Governance Board on September 11, 2026 at the ODNI. That ODNI room was filled with honorable representatives from all branches of the executive branch of the U.S. government. The mood was sober and serious, following the deep interest in UAP from the White House. In my short presentation I clarified that President Trump’s directive to understand UAP would reverberate for millions of years in case it will seed a new understanding of our cosmic neighborhood. In my role as chair of the UAP Science Advisory Council to the White House, ODNI, the Department of War, the FBI, and the Intelligence Community, I felt more at home in the company of government officials than among comet experts in mainstream academia. Thanks to the historical waiver of legal repercussions to UAP whistleblowers issued by the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Aaron Lucas (Aaron Lukas), we are likely to learn more about history data collected by the U.S. government on UAP over the past century. What started as a down-to-Earth matter may end up reaching the stars. Eventually, the mainstream of academia will catch up but rather than wait for their awakening, I will be working around the clock to bring scientific clarity on UAP through the collection and analysis of new data.

UFO FILES #3: “ORBS OVER THE POND” FBI-UAP-PR003 In October 2024, at approx. 6:51pm in the northeastern United States, an eyewitness observed a light source below the horizon, hovering above a pond at an estimated distance of 2,700 feet. The luminous object resembled a “plasma-like sphere” intermittently changing shape and luminosity. At times, the primary light source appeared to separate into smaller luminous points. A luminous point below the primary source hovered just above the water and did not appear consistent with a surface reflection. The object remained generally stationary for approximately 45 minutes before disappearing. The eyewitness did not hear any sound from the objects. This video was captured by a private citizen on an iPhone and subsequently analyzed and authenticated by the U.S. Government. To protect the individual’s privacy, the footage has been cropped. Apart from this privacy-protective measure, no edits, enhancements, or alterations have been made to the visual content. The description above is derived from statements provided to the FBI by an eyewitness to the event. The FBI assesses the individual who reported this event as highly credible. If so, it's the first time we've really seen this on a military video. The controller of the sensor platform eventually managed to get a lock on the object, but when they did, the UAP seemingly mocked the high-tech Reaper and displayed astonishing speed - akin to instantaneous acceleration - one of the 'Five Observables' used by our military to identify genuine UAP. Military aviators have described similar acceleration they’ve seen with their own eyes. Now, for the first time, video recorded by U.S. intelligence operatives of a genuine UAP displaying mind-boggling acceleration is being made public."
