Per the DOW: "In October 2024, at approximately 1851 local time in the northeastern United States, an eyewitness observed a light source below the horizon, hovering above a pond at an estimated distance of 2,700 feet. Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp released an alleged "tic tac" video from 2023 taken by the crew of the USS Jackson. According to Corbell: "In 2023 the U.S. Navy encountered four “TIC TAC” shaped UAPs off the coast of California. Personnel from the USS Jackson in the CIC (Combat Information Center) filmed them. One of the vehicles of unknown origin was observed exiting the water, transitioning directly into flight, demonstrating transmedium capability.
