UFO FILES #3: “ORBS OVER THE POND” FBI-UAP-PR003 In October 2024, at approx. 6:51pm in the northeastern United States, an eyewitness observed a light source below the horizon, hovering above a pond at an estimated distance of 2,700 feet. The luminous object resembled a “plasma-like sphere” intermittently changing shape and luminosity. At times, the primary light source appeared to separate into smaller luminous points. Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp released an alleged "tic tac" video from 2023 taken by the crew of the USS Jackson. According to Corbell: "In 2023 the U.S. Navy encountered four “TIC TAC” shaped UAPs off the coast of California. Personnel from the USS Jackson in the CIC (Combat Information Center) filmed them.
