Today he would have been brainwashed to dribble it 9 times to get the same exact shot. No wasted energy because he knew Magic couldn't get it. Tatum could do this for the next decade if he turned off the automatic dribble feature.

LOL 'that commentator' is none other than NBA Hall of Fame announcer and awardee of the prestigious Curt Gowdy Media Award, Johnny Most. I loved listening to him calling the Celtic games through the '70s and '80s

Larry Bird over LeBron. Reggie Miller once picked Larry Legend over LeBron when comparing the two. Bird getting that kind of respect from one of the greatest shooters ever says it all.

There aren’t many scenes that capture Kubo’s style at this level. The drastic black and white contrast here is perfectly executed, and the smooth animation makes it even better.

Who's the better shooter—Stephen Curry or Larry Bird? It gives Curry props—he's a great shooter who revolutionized the game with his deep range, volume, and spacing impact. But it leans toward Larry Bird as the greatest overall, highlighting his elite control, mid-range mastery, clutch ability, and fundamentals. What are your thoughts?

Happy “Playing Thru Pain” Day to all who observe it… 35 years ago today, May 5, 1991, Larry Bird delivered one of the most heroic, pain‑soaked performances in American sports history. He left the floor concussed, staggered down the tunnel, and then, in a moment that still gives Boston fans goosebumps, re‑emerged to drag the Celtics to a deciding Game 5 win. “And here comes Larry Bird!”
