If Larry David truly can't see the shame in his actions, he needs to really listen to Elmo's msg on mental health! David is a pathetic man and I pity him. My heart breaks for the kids that saw it! #LoveYouElmo❤

I don't find it offensive but it was pretty weird and not particularly funny. Elmo handled it very well though and the apology and Elmo's mature apology acceptance in a weird way comedically saved a not great bit.

@sethmeyers I don’t appreciate your response. I do not appreciate your show promoting “I’d do it again”… I’ve never disagreed w/your production choices, but to make this is a clip is heartbreaking. If it was done on your show, fine, maybe some humor, but it was done on day time.
