Takes a step and slips and falls, talk about karma coming back at you quickly. As the manager on duty I think I would understand why the customer left angry but I wouldn’t wish harm on anyone. I think I would even offer to make them a new pizza. I would take this opportunity to take a customer that will never come back, and turn it into a pleasant experience for them. Maybe the customer was just having a bad day and they flipped out for no reason, it happens to us all. But after all they did pay for a pizza because they wanted to eat it, it wouldn’t bother me that they did it themself.
