Tesla is building a new 51,000 sq ft Service & Delivery Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, with city documents also allowing the site to support Tesla-owned autonomous vehicles. I visited the site, and the city’s SUP amendment says the facility may be used for charging, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of Tesla-owned autonomous vehicles. The documents identify the project as a service and delivery center, but the approved use also makes it a potential support location for Tesla’s Robotaxi fleet in DFW.

Update #2 One side of the hub used to be packed with Tesla inventory vehicles, but they’ve now been cleared out completely. As you can see, it’s now filled only with red and black Model Y Robotaxis and Cybercabs. Looks like Tesla is turning the entire lot into a dedicated Robotaxi operation hub. $TSLA Tesla Robotaxi
