@LasVegasLocally The typical scam is even if you guess right and there is actually a ball underneath…one of the conspirators will put down more money to pick a different cup and the dealer will say “sorry, I gotta take his higher bet”….and simply return your money.

Saw it from my own eyes a month ago. Exactly same spot just outside Bellagio entrance

I can just go inside the casino where it is worse.

Speaking of scams, my buddy visiting town last weekend unwittingly posed for a photo with a couple showgirls on Fremont. They demanded $65 for the picture and he actually gave it to them because he thought he had to!

Can’t believe this still goes on in Vegas. You would think the casinos would put more pressure on the city to clean up the overpasses. Embarrassing all around, including for the suckers that fall for it.

@LasVegasLocally I won $20 playing this as a 12 year old at Fisherman’s Wharf in SF. They would let the occasional little kid win and then scam the adults thinking they could do it just as easily.
