Liking these videos / loving Ghostty. Daily driver for quite a while now! Have you seen / tried @TellaHQ ? 👀 - It's built for this stuff and you do the camera changes / strip filler words in post.

Cool video, I really like the PR dev vlog idea! Is all your Ghostty development done in XCode? I imagine it’s a must for your debugging but I wonder if you had to make compromises in your workflow

Just the macOS stuff. You can even see in the video I switch between that and neovim

which font & colorscheme? 🙏

Is there any native features relating to scrolling that are lost with this hack that Apple hasn’t offered a better solution for? How does this work with finding etc?

these devlogs are making me wanna open more PRs

Doing the Lord’s work, Mitchell!

Before your videos on the scrollbars, I didn't notice there were no scrollbars on Ghostty 🙈

Really enjoying the video format. Thanks @mitchellh.

i never noticed that ghosty had no scrollbar. it always seemed so seamless

no scrollbars is a feature lol. Hope we can keep them off

`scrollbar = never` (but it defaults to on)

🐐

Thank you for taking the time to record the videos! Very educational and super well explained!

thank you for this video! how do you feel about this new macos tahoe?

can I send you a ghostty nameplate

A what? I'm old now, don't forget

its like these but with the ghostty logo and your name idk might be cool

pretty cool! don't know where I'd really put it (my desk is in a corner and no one comes in here other than me lmao) but the novelty would be neat!

and this is what yours would look like (obv colors can be tweaked)

can I email you? what's your email, I have an idea

Ope, this is what I was looking for. Glad I found this! Thanks for the video and the awesome software project.

Love these videos. Nice work too!
