We have those in my hospital. They work great on people with perfect, easy veins. Like in the video. But if they have crappy veins, and you need help they’re not effective. An ultrasound is much better.

Most adults you don’t need this. Some geriatrics and pediatrics it can help. I’ve used the first generation and they weren’t that great.
