Good morning!😊 My stomach is feeling better! But last night, my daughter made me a cake with rice flour, raisins, nuts, eggs, and soy milk. I don’t usually eat things like that, so it was really delicious! And I ended up eating too much 🤦‍♀️, so my stomach feels heavy this morning 😥 I really need to take better care of myself🤨💦 It's my day off today, but I'm going to the gym as early as possible to get the day off to a smooth start 🤩💪 Everyone, stay safe and have a great weekend! 🍀🫶🤗

Of the seven Americas players who landed at 6:45 this morning in Miami from Mexico, only Chris Nido made his tee time, which fortunately was the last one off 10 at 9 a.m. Nido said they were supposed to land around midnight, but after taking off from Mexico City, there was a medical emergency on the flight and they had to make an emergency landing in Veracruz. Deplaned, got a new plane, didn’t take off until after 2 a.m. local. “The only way I made it is I left my golf clubs,” said Nido, who is using a friend’s set.

Each week I do two back to back long runs. I’m in the THICK of training for my next 100miler. This week, the 2 back-to-back runs equaled nearly 12hrs of running, 5:45hrs Tuesday and 6hrs Wednesday. I was in Phoenix for Thanksgiving with family so I was able to run in the desert /warm conditions just east of the city - good training for my HURT 100miler in January (on Oahu). Also very technical! Back to back long runs allow me to do two hard endurance efforts on consecutive days without the same body fatigue/impact I’d get from just doing a single day 12hr run. First 2 pics are from Day 1 run, second 2 (pic/video) from day 2. Was definitely tired by the end of day 2. But felt good most the run. Need to dial in my calories better. Had to carry all my water for nearly 6hrs for day 1. Very heavy pack (13 pounds in a Salomon 12L). Day 2 had a water refill halfway through, still good amount of weight carried, but way less than day 1 (took 48oz + calories).

There’s two kinds of traders. The one that is able to walk away and the one that revenge trades. Overtrading kills more accounts than anything else. I used to be this way, getting angry that price wasn’t going my way and pushing the button again and again until I blew up all my accounts. It takes a lot of inner work, but believe me it’s worth it to work on not just your strategy and executions, but your mental game as well. Being able to walk away from the screen before it’s too late is a real skill set to work on. Don’t be the guy that revenge trades. Strategies that worked for me: 1. Writing down my game plan at the start of the morning. As long as I followed my plan, it’s a win. 2. Having pictures of family on my trading desk. Trading for others and not just yourself is important, it keeps you grounded. 3. Having alarms go off on my phone at the end of the session to bring me back to reality and remind me to walk away.

Good morning dear friends. I know I haven't been very active here. I've not been feeling good, I've had so much anxiety, fear, it's overwhelming. To top it off I got a bladder infection so I physically feel awful too. I'm sorry to complain so much. I have been thinking about taking Thanksgiving to teddy's birthday (Dec 27) off. Just stopping everything, the website, all of it and focusing on my children, grief counseling, the holidays, and our family. We need rest and a real break from it all. I would come back in January and pick back up. What do yall think?

Same handshake every Christmas party. They called him into HR on a Tuesday morning and handed him a folder. 2 weeks severance. $2,000. Aidan O'Connell gets sacked on his final play last night and in my opinion the sack is on the #Raiders QB just as much as it is on LT Andrus Peat. AOC has a 3 step drop which means the play is designed for him to get the ball out quick. If you don't get the ball out then a QB is going to need to Create something. But what you don't want him to do is back pedal into a sack. Peat does lose the rep, but he does a good job recovering and pushing the DE up the field. I think AOC's ability to feel pressure, get away from it, and throw on the run were some things I saw from him last year where he struggled with. So I do hope next week he shows a little bit more in that. Overall the play didn't work because Luke Getsy designed a really poor play where the spacing is off, I will talk about this more on my Youtube channel later today but you can clearly see that Bowers was supposed to be a natural pick for Tre Tucker at the bottom of the screen. But the spacing didn't work and the WR and TE run into each other.

SAN FRANCISCO!!!!!!! 💚 I can't believe my life sometimes. Sharing the stage with Billie Joe Armstrong and singing When September Ends felt like stepping straight into a dream I never thought would come true. I kept flashing back to little me running around the house with my Walkman tucked into the back of my jeans, the American Idiot Green Day album blasting in my ears, feeling like the world was so much bigger than I could imagine. Still trying to find the words but I loved everything about last night. Beyond surreal. Thank you!!! 2 more shows left of this leg 🥲 Seattle you're NEXT!!!!

I was rejected by Y Combinator 9 times I got in on my 10th attempt. there was no secret sauce the idea is similar, but i'm walking in with traction (to the point people ask us why we are doing yc - a post for later) we have a team, insane customers, and a clear vision of how we scale to 100B I got lucky along the way and found people who believed in me. I almost quit 10 times but each time I reminded myself I didn't want to leave this earth with any regrets so here I am taking my shot p.s. - watch the video when I applied solo 2 years ago
