Let me quickly clarify this – there was no excessive use of force against protestors in Serbia. Quite the opposite - and we know what the excessive use of force looks like. Attached in the video are just few examples. But this is not Serbia, these are some of the most advanced EU democracies. On protests in Serbia – I wish they were peaceful, but they are not. Protesters in Serbia are, on a daily basis, denying all fundamental rights to other citizens in this country: the right to freedom of movement, which is a fundamental human right, freedom of speech, freedom of opinion, freedom to live freely and peacefully. BREAKING: Peaceful protestors arrested outside the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool Yet more peaceful protesters are being arrested today and hauled from the streets by police - a scene which just a few months ago would have been shocking but is quickly becoming the norm. This is absolutely not a normal situation, and we cannot let it become so. This is a serious violation of our right to protest, happening in front of our eyes right here in the UK. Amnesty International deployed observers to monitor today’s protest who confirmed that once again the protest was conducted entirely peacefully. These arrests should not be happening. It’s clearly both ridiculous and seriously disproportionate for police to be targeting and arresting people for sitting down, quietly holding a sign. There are serious human rights concerns around not only the proscription of Palestine Action, but also the chilling consequences this decision has had. People are being silenced and peaceful protesters are being pulled from our streets into police vans. The UK's overly broad terrorism laws are being misused to suppress free speech.

Criminalising speech in this context is only permitted when it incites violence or advocates hatred. Expressing support for Palestine Action does not, in itself, meet this threshold.

Dr. Mahrang's latest statement::: I am #MahrangBaloch. Now, I am addressing all of you from Islamabad, Pakistan. I hope you are in any part of the world at this time, and if you are a humanitarian person, then you will listen to our voice, and you will raise your voice against the Baloch Genocide and help us. Baloch genocide has been going on for decades in Balochistan, in which thousands of our elders, youth, children and women have forcibly disappeared, our people are being extra-judicially killed, and our people are being forcefully displaced from their hometowns. Military operations are being carried out in our areas, our resources are being looted, and this Genocide of our nation is intensifying day by day. Against this severe Baloch genocide, we held a peaceful sit-in for 13 days in Turbat Balochistan, and after 13 days, we started a peaceful long march which started from Turbat and traveled hundreds of kilometers to Islamabad, has reached the capital of Pakistan. Today is the 32th day of our mass movement against the Baloch genocide, but in this whole mass movement, from the sit-in to the long march all over Balochistan, the State has used extreme force to stop and end the movement; false FIRs were registered against our people, our friends were subjected to physical violence, our friends were arrested, and when we were faced of all these violence and conspiracies and when we reached Islamabad then we were stopped from going to the Islamabad Press Club and after being stopped for three to four hours, the Islamabad police started torturing us. We were accompanied by small children, women, elderly and young people. All of them were subjected to severe torture; water cans and tear gas were used on us during the night in extreme cold, injuring many of our innocent children, women, elderly and youth. And after we were all arrested, there were about 80 women and children, and more than 200 were our youth. After releasing the women and children last night, an attempt was made to evict them from Islamabad forcefully, but we resisted for 7 to 8 hours, and then we were released. Still, more than 100 of our friends are in the custody of Islamabad police and are not being produced in court, while 14 of our friends have forcibly disappeared, and we are not being given any information about them, nor are we getting any information about them. We need help from the whole world right now. You, as a human being, can stop the genocide of a nation by helping us; if you want another holocaust not to happen, then you have to stop the genocide of the Baloch nation by helping us. You can help us in this way. 1- You can write a letter to the UN working group about our genocide. 2- You can inform the human rights institutions of your country or any other country in the world about the Baloch genocide. 3. You can raise your voice for us in your country's parliament. 4. You can inform the journalists and media houses of your country about us. 5. As a journalist, you can inform the world about the Baloch Genocide. 6. If you are a researcher, you can research our mass movement and our genocide. 7. You can protest for us in your city. 8. And then we have this… An American service member using his right to free speech, guaranteed in our nation’s constitution. A right given to all of us every day. Regardless of your political affiliation, read or watch Major Jason Watson’s full statement. It’s powerful. He has served and is serving. He is speaking up and out, and for that he was arrested. Free speech, freedom of religion, a free press, the freedom to vote for who you choose, the freedom to love who you choose. These are all things we celebrate on our nation’s birthday. They are what makes us a democracy, among many other things. After speaking to the commissioner of police, lagos state, we had a press conference wherein we addressed several issues as it relates to this protest. In our address, we mentioned that the Commissioner of Police Lagos State Police Command have ordered the immediate release of the protesters who were arrested and detained in Panti, we also spoke about the peaceful protest and the conduct of the enforcement officers. In the press briefing, we assured protesters that our group of lawyers are willing and ready to freely secure the release of whoever is arrested in lagos state. I'm therefore using this medium to urge everyone protesting to ensure that the protest is done peaceful. Please reach out whenever someone protesting close to you is arrested by Lagos State Police Command

Don't ignore what the Australian government is attempting to do, participate in the process and have your say on their "Ministry of Truth".
