Last week russian propagandists were complaining that their troops needed shotguns to defend against drones, because Ukrainians were slaughtering them. How about some competence & occasional sobriety?

Headline in one of today’s Russian papers: “Russian regions and big business are arming themselves to defend against attacks by Ukrainian drones.” Plus, a newspaper article from last week that has disappeared. #ReadingRussia

Kursk citizens claim that many Russian volunteers are switching to the Ukrainian side. They are fed up with their government not caring about people unless they're from Moscow or St. Petersburg. Some Russian soldiers were killed, some were captured, and some started fighting against Russian forces. That does NOT look good for the Kremlin's rat.

I want to talk about the people defending these fuel prices. We all know you were speaking out & complaining about them when the left was in charge, but now you defend it because your team is in charge. Why were you upset before, but you are ok with it now? I truly want to know

Russia’s terror against Kherson continues. Last night, in less than two hours, Russians attacked the city with 15 Shahed drones. Two people were killed in their own homes. Two more were injured. "I survived because I was sleeping next to the wall. Shards from the shattered window cut my face," said Liubov, a displaced resident whose previous home was also destroyed by Russian drones. 📹: Homes in Kherson after last night’s Russian attack - damaged, some completely destroyed / Radio Liberty / Kherson Regional Military Administration

Meanwhile, defense ministry of Belarus says it was them who informed Poland about the drones and it was thanks to them that Poland was able to react. Belarus also claimed that the drones have drifted off course due to EW. The ministry's representative claimed that some of them were shot down over Belarus. He added that Belarus exchanged information about the drones with Polish and Lithuanian military. In my opinion, and I see that many experts agree, Russian drones deliberately flew into Poland. Their goal was to test the waters to see how Poland and NATO would react. Putin feels increasingly stronger and more confident.

On approach to striking Russian airfields last night, some of Ukraine's drones were equipped with speakers playing a German drinking song from the 1970's. It's about staying drunk for 7 days.

BBC News reports that the journalists in south Lebanon thought they were safe because they had been giving their location to UN troops who were passing it on to the Israelis. It turns out the Israelis used that information to bomb them.

Q: How is Ukraine helping the US in the Gulf? Ex-US Ambassador to Ukraine, Taylor: US allies in the Gulf went to Ukraine and said — help us defend against Iranian Shahed drones. Ukraine said: we'll help you knock them down. And here's the other thing — Russia provided Iran with military intelligence on where US forces were, and Iran went after that. The Ukrainians were there helping us and our allies.

Russian propagandists say that Moscow should not be afraid to attack military facilities in NATO states, because, according to them, they are "terribly afraid" of Russia and will not invoke Article 5. "I am convinced that if we strike, say, those two factories in Great Britain that boast about using their drones against us, then the others will start scratching their heads and next time think, 'Is it even worth getting involved in this?'"

A group of Russian artillerymen have been reassigned to infantry because they ran out of ammunition. They fled the battlefield because they were being sent to assault without proper training. Anti-retreat units are behind them, they say. As many others before them, they lay their woes in front of the mighty tsar (or maybe some local tsars). While they were artillerymen, it was ok for these soldiers to kill Ukrainians. Now, they fear for their lives.

A journalist from India Today said that even Russian-speaking Ukrainians in eastern Ukraine were shocked by the actions of the Russians, to which Putin said that he "gave them the opportunity to express their will in a referendum," and those who didn’t want to, he claimed, "were free to leave." (So it's their own fault that Russia is destroying them, according to war criminal Putin?)

Some poison advice to our Russian friends: Please stop using EW to divert Ukrainian attack drones. Just let them hit your critical & military targets to save your civilian population. It would be that “simple”, at least according to Moscow and its propagandists. Nizhnekamsk⤵️
