Last year, we launched Fintech Evenings because we know there is no infrastructure without community. We wanted to bring our ecosystem along on Africa’s journey. Building on that, we recently hosted our inaugural Gala Night at The Delborough Lagos, a celebration of Flutterwave's ongoing transformation and our commitment to...

Hello Dear $BRN Community🐝 We hope you’re all doing well and that everything is going smoothly. As for us, let us tell you what we’ve been up to. 🇳🇬Our game is now officially live in Nigeria, and our biggest goal right now is to reach as many players in Nigeria as possible and get them into EndlessClash. We want to share with you what we’ve been working on during this exciting phase. 🎥First, we created advertising creatives specifically tailored to the Nigerian market. We designed these creatives not only around the dynamics of the Nigerian market, but also around content that genuinely excites us and brings the energy of EndlessClash to players. 👨🏻‍💻We then prepared our advertising infrastructure and launched campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Unity Ads. 🤩Our campaigns are currently still in the algorithm learning phase, but the initial results are very promising. In particular, creatives reaching 3.5% CTR are showing us that our market and content analysis is moving in the right direction. As we move forward, we will continue analyzing the data to identify which creatives can truly deliver scalable results. 🙋🏿At the same time, we have started working with leading gaming influencers in Nigeria. We will also be expanding our promotional efforts through local community channels and other media networks. 👨🏻‍💻But we are not focusing solely on user acquisition. We are continuously analyzing player behavior, event participation, and in-game activity to understand what is truly working and what still needs improvement. This allows us to identify which features players enjoy most, which systems need further development, and what kind of content creates the strongest engagement. 👨🏻‍💻Behind the scenes, our developer team is also continuing to work on new content, game improvements, and a better overall player experience. 🎯We are still at the beginning of this journey. But every step we take is backed by data. We measure what works, scale what performs, and continue improving what doesn’t. 🇳🇬Nigeria is only the beginning. 🌍We will continue taking EndlessClash to more players around the world, one step at a time. To everyone who has been with us throughout this process, supported us, and shared in our excitement thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🤍 And to everyone who has discovered us through EndlessClash , joined our community, and become part of this journey welcome👋🏻 We are only getting started. There is so much more to build, improve, and achieve together. 🦾Everything is just beginning. Get ready! #StrategyGame #mobilegames #GameDev

I represented at the AFRIMA 2025 WORLD MEDIA CALENDAR UNVEILING & MUSIC CONFERENCE in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. And this what I have for my fellow creatives. Africa is a continent bursting with vibrant rhythms, soulful melodies, and unparalleled creativity. Our artists, producers, songwriter, and innovators are crafting sounds that resonate across borders yet, despite owning the art and the culture, we often find ourselves fighting for space in the global market. Why? Because we don’t fully own or control the platforms that showcase our music. We lack the infrastructure, the investment, and the unified voice needed to truly capitalize on our rich heritage. The biggest challenge isn’t just about competing it’s about collaboration. We need to shift our mindset from scarcity to abundance. Instead of fighting for limited space, we should be working together as Africans to build our own streaming platforms, protect our rights, and invest in our craft. When we own the channels, we own the narrative. When we tell our story, it’s authentic, powerful, and unmistakably African. Our originality and roots are our greatest assets. We must celebrate and preserve our unique arts, culture, and languages. Let’s encourage each other to stay true to our identity, because no one else can tell our story the way we must and know it. Our music is more than entertainment it’s a reflection of our history, resilience, and future. To the global audience Africa’s story is waiting to be heard, understood, and appreciated. It’s time we sell our narrative, showcase our talent, and let the world see Africa through our eyes. A special thank you to ALL AFRICA MUSIC AWARDS(AFRIMA) for providing a consistent platform where Africa comes together to celebrate our music, culture, and creativity. Your work inspires us all to keep pushing boundaries and to keep our roots alive. Let’s build an ecosystem that’s owned by us, for us. The world is ready for Africa’s voice. Are we ready to own it? ✊🏿🎤🌟 #AfricanMusic #MusicOwnership #CelebrateAfrica #AFRIMA #UnityInMusic #AfricanCreatives

Good People, I am delighted to share that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria has granted my company Approval-in-Principle (AIP) to operate a new securities exchange in Nigeria. This is a full-service exchange (yes, “stock market” lol) designed to support public markets, private markets, and derivatives, covering instruments such as equities, corporate and government bonds, commercial papers, ETFs, and more. Our mission is anchored on “exchanging prosperity” through the principle of “investment inclusion”, transforming idle money into productive capital that can uplift communities across the nation. Roughly ₦5 trillion in circulating currency sits outside Nigeria’s banking system, largely idle and earning nothing. If we can channel even 50% of that into simple sovereign instruments, say FGN savings bonds or Treasury Bills at just 10%, that would generate about ₦250 billion in returns for citizens, while also providing the government with capital to fund development. Extend this across state bonds and other instruments, and the implication becomes clear: Nigeria is not short of money; it is under-mobilized. Contisx aspires to become part of the solution. We have begun the countdown to launch on our website: — targeting September 2026. We are inviting stakeholders across Nigeria to participate in this journey. How can we support your business, cooperative, or state to scale through the capital market? (The live buttons on website are not active; those will become active on launch). I commend the leaders of our nation for the Investments and Securities Act (ISA) 2025, arguably the most consequential economic and business legislation in Nigeria since 1999. It provides the foundation upon which a new era of capital formation can be built. I am confident that the 2030s will become Nigeria’s decade of capital, and I am building with that conviction. I also extend my appreciation to the leadership of the Securities and Exchange Commission; our Director-General, Dr. Emomotimi Agama, Commissioner Ajomale, Director Mrs. Rufai, and the entire team, for their dedication and excellence in advancing regulatory service. Good People: “build, list, and trade on Contisx — we’re exchanging prosperity”, not just for the rise of few, but for the rise of ALL. Our flag is up in our headquarters in Owerri (regional centers in Aba, Kano, Ibadan, etc coming); we welcome you to partner with Contisx and ring the bell to prosperity. Prof. Ndubuisi Ekekwe Founder, Contisx Securities Exchange Plc

According to the GSMA, globally there are 3.6 billion people (almost half the world’s population) who do not use mobile internet. This includes the ‘connectivity gap,’ which is about 400 million people who are not covered by mobile networks at all. They’re unconnected because traditional mobile networks struggle to invest in hard-to-reach places. But, at #WorldMobile, we won’t take distance for an answer. We’ll go the extra mile to connect the seemingly unconnectable, because we know connection is everything. At dawn this morning, close to Massingir, #Mozambique, we went the extra-mile, and history was made. We’re delighted to have successfully launched: - The first commercial telecoms #aerostat in #Africa. - The first aerostat in Southeast Africa. - The biggest aerostat World Mobile has used to date. Many said it could not be done, but we have persevered with the objective of delivering on our mission to connect the unconnected and serve the underserved. Mozambique’s internet user rate stood at a mere 23% of the total population in 2022, a shocking figure given that almost 62% of its populace live in rural areas. This lack of #connectivity has a significant impact on access to #healthcare, #education, #banking, and economic opportunities. We believe that our unique, #decentralised, hybrid dynamic network can help provide a solution to Mozambique’s connectivity challenges. We believe it paves the way to solving connectivity challenges across the globe. Aerostats are a significant piece of this solution, and this launch sets the foundation for our commercial deployment of decentralised aerostats across Africa and beyond. We’re grateful to all those who have supported our cause so far, and believed in our vision despite the challenges faced along the way. Remember, we did this together. Together, let’s connect the unconnected. Together, let’s connect the World. Together, we’re unstoppable. #AerostatLaunchMozambique #Blockchain #Telecoms

To our community, clients, and partners, We are closing the year with clarity. This has been Brickken’s best year. We began by announcing a 2.5m raise backed by venture capital firms that invested in execution, not noise. We used that capital to do what matters in this industry: ship product, secure strategic distribution, and build infrastructure that institutions can rely on. This year Brickken became an official tokenization provider for ecosystems such as MANTRA | The EVM L1 for RWAs and XDC Network . These are not symbolic partnerships. They are aligned networks with real demand, long term relevance, and a clear path to institutional scale. We chose partners that are building on chain capital markets, and we are building with them. We also delivered the full product stack. • Our web application is live and production ready. • Our white label platform is live for institutions that need brand control and compliant operations. • Our API is live for teams that require deep integration into existing systems. Brickken is not a promise. It is operational infrastructure. That execution turned into measurable traction. We closed the year with 41m in TVL and surpassed 100 active clients. These are real businesses deploying real assets, running real issuance flows, and building long term programs on Brickken . Tokenization is no longer a concept. It is becoming financial infrastructure, and Brickken is already operating in that reality. The market context matters. Crypto markets faced pressure and the BKN token moved with the cycle. That is not unique to Brickken, it is systemic. What matters is how a company performs when conditions are not easy. We stayed disciplined. We kept shipping. We kept onboarding. We protected the long term plan. This is where our community proved its strength. Your commitment is not passive support, it is a strategic advantage. • The token matters because it is part of the ecosystem we are building. • Our clients matter because they validate product market fit with capital and repetition. • Our partners matter because they expand distribution and credibility. Together, this forms a single system built on trust, alignment, and execution. Now to what comes next. 2026 is the year Brickken steps into leadership. We are contributing to the standards that will define the market, including ERC 7943, because leadership belongs to the builders who shape the rules and deliver the rails. Brickken has a voice in this ecosystem, and it is increasingly referenced and followed for one reason: we execute. We have what it takes to lead at scale. • The team. • The know how. • The product. • The treasuries. • The institutional relationships. • The discipline to keep building through any cycle. We always said we wanted to be a tokenization platform. That ambition has matured. Now the objective is unambiguous: To become the tokenization platform. Competitors can keep talking. We will keep delivering. The gap will not close, it will widen. Our goal is singular: unicorn scale built on real infrastructure, real adoption, and long term value creation. Thank you for building this with us. The foundation is complete. The next phase begins now. Edwin Mata CEO and Co Founder Brickken
