Who knows, it’s London. Who knows who is marking the papers? Who knows who is running it locally for EdExcel or whoever? Or perhaps the school staff are colluding and submitting dummy papers? Nothing will ever convince me that these pupils are A* mathematicians.

Further Maths was renowned for being extremely tough when I did my A levels in 1995. Some teachers struggled to teach it. And now look at it. Handed out like sweets.

I'll bite. I have 5 A Level As I have 11 GCSE As. I went to a top school (on assisted place). Of 120 in my year, only one other has the same results. He went to Cambridge. I went to Oxford. We sent 20 people to Oxbridge. Either these are made up or the marking is dumbed down
