Tonight a plow came and removed all the snow that another plow had pushed onto the sidewalk days ago making it too narrow for wheelchairs or strollers. It looks like they moved it all to the centre of the road. Not sure why they didn't put it there in the first place to save time and money. But it means for tomorrow for the 1st time in 12 days we can go to places like the pharmacy or the butcher! If it doesn't snow too much tonight, that is. Im not sure if all the barking helped but it definitely raises awareness. My final video from last nights findings. As I was walking down canal street I noticed this girl walking down the street alone only to be stopped by 2 Pakistani lads (in fairness they seemed similar age). After she started walking backwards and they followed I hung back to see if she was ok. They ended up talking right in front of me. Whilst the guys were trying it on with her and you could say the girl was flirting back she then looked at me right in the eyes and said “help me, help”. I’m not sure how serious she was but a taxi was booked for her to get home. Blur added for the girls privacy. Dads please tell your daughters not to be out on the streets drunk alone in this day and age

Today, I completed my last chemotherapy treatment and am blessed to say that I have conquered cancer. The Lord has helped me through this difficult time and we have come out on the other side victorious. This has definitely been the hardest journey I have had to take in my entire life. Going into this, I had doubts, fear, and was really anxious on how this would affect me mentally and physically. But, fear is a choice, and I chose not to fear Cancer. Throughout the tough treatments, the times where I had no optimism, and the numerous amount of bumps in the road, God’s love for me never failed. I cannot thank the doctors and nurses at Texas Children’s and MD Anderson enough for their immense amount of help. Also, if it werent for the numerous amount of prayers, support from friends and family, and encouragement, I wouldn’t be in the situation I am now in. It feels great to say now that I HAVE BEAT THE HELL OUT OF CANCER💪 #BTHOCancer

Feels good getting back in touch with my roots. Somewhere along the way, I got so integrated I almost lost that part of me..lost myself trying to fit into something that was never fully mine. People love to say integration is all that matters… but they don’t talk about the cost. It’s exhausting. Makes me wonder sometimes—what would life have looked like if my parents hadn’t come to the UK? Different path, different story… still figuring out how to reclaim this one.

Yes, in the late '80s they started installing a new digital autopilot. It had been adapted from a civilian autopilot and worked great most of the time but they had some issues. Air Refueling is not like an airliner cruising at altitude, the receiver pushes the tanker around with it's bow wave. The digital autopilot like to 'wind up' and then pop off with the aircraft out of trim. This would usually surprise the tanker pilots and it would take a few moments to react. It's likely what happened in this E-3 breakaway video. The E-3 stressed out the -135s autopilot by coming in quickly, and then doing a little boble (up/down motion). At the 0:10 mark, the autopilot kicks off, at the 0:11 mark, the Boom Operator is holding on to the pallet we layed on because he's going 0g.

Upon further review, Garrett Nussmeier was much less bad than I had thought initially Saturday. The bigger problem was that he never had anywhere to go with the ball and Alabama played a great game of coverage. Because LSU can't run, they kept both Safeties free and it became impossible to figure out what coverage they'd be in both pre and post-snap. Here Nussmeier sees the corner turn to match the post like he's playing Cover-3, but he falls off after the ball is in the air as they shift late into 2-Roll (Cover-2 variation). Battletrap had one of the coolest designs in Transformers ROTB. He was a character that looked very badass, our modeling team did an amazing job on him. Originally, he was a Decepticon, even having the Decepticon insignia on his forehead and in concept art. We changed this to the Terrorcon insignia fairly late into production to match the rest of the Terrorcons like Scourge and NightBird. He was a very large character and we spent a good chunk of time making him dirty and greasing him up. I did the blocking Texturing & LookDev on him before handing off to my team to take him through to final. We experimented with making the lights of his eyes pulse and animate as he spoke, since he doesn't have a mouth, but these efforts were scrapped as he didn't have enough dialogue in the film to warrant the R&D efforts required to make it look great. Fun fact: During production, a Transformers fan had found my University graduation project of Titan (the predecessor to Hyperion) and claimed it was a leak of Battletrap from the film. This was very funny to see from my perspective as someone who had made the referenced work and was also working on the film itself. "A little boy on a filthy mattress had already learned to fear footsteps in the dark. By the time Deputy Mason Cole reached the back room, the child was clutching a dirty stuffed animal so tightly it looked like the toy was the only thing keeping him together. Neighbors had called after hearing a child crying inside a house that was supposed to be empty. The property had been in foreclosure for months, the power was cut, and the windows were boarded over. When Mason forced the door open, the smell hit him first. Trash covered the floor, and somewhere deeper in the house a thin, broken whimper kept rising through the silence. That sound led him down a narrow hallway to a cluttered bedroom in the back. Sitting on a stained mattress surrounded by snack wrappers was a 3 year old boy named Eli, his face streaked with dirt, his hair matted, and his whole body curled around that stuffed animal like it was a shield. One look at him told Mason this wasn't a child who had been left alone for an hour. Fear had sunk too deeply into him, and hunger had already pulled the strength out of his face. Later, the truth came together piece by piece. Eli’s mother was a severe addict who had broken into the empty house to squat, then walked out 3 days earlier to drink and get high and never came back. Mason didn't stay in the doorway and manage the room from a distance. He stepped across the mess on the floor, climbed onto the dirty mattress, and lowered himself beside the trembling boy so he wouldn't feel another adult towering over him. “Hey. Hey. You’re okay.” Eli flinched at first and pulled the stuffed animal tighter against his chest. Tears filled his eyes when he looked up, and the words that came out were barely louder than a whisper. “I was scared.” Mason’s voice dropped even softer. “I know that. You’re safe now.” No answer came right away. Every muscle in the boy’s body stayed tight for another second, like he was waiting to find out whether those words were true. Mason wrapped an arm around him carefully and stayed still. “Believe me,” he said. “I’m not leaving.” Something shifted in that moment. Eli stopped curling away and leaned into the deputy’s chest instead, the fear finally breaking loose in a hard, shaking sob. A partner standing nearby caught the quiet scene for a second before they carried the boy out of the dark house and into the warm patrol car. Mason kept talking to him the whole time. “We’re going to get you warm. Get you something to eat. It’s okay.” A long breath caught in the boy’s throat before he cried again, smaller this time. Mason held him close and gave him the one thing that had been missing from that house for days. “You don’t have to be scared anymore.” By the time they reached the car, Eli wasn't clutching the stuffed animal quite as hard. His head was resting against Mason’s uniform, and for the first time since anyone had found him, he looked like a child who believed help had really come. Today, Eli is in a safe foster home where he has clean clothes, regular meals, and a bed that doesn’t smell like garbage and rot. Mason still checks on him, making sure the little boy who was found crying in the dark knows somebody did come back for him after all.
