Baloch still waits for his Hindu friend to come back so he can return the keys of the shop to his friend. In May 2010, when the then PM Manmohan Singh was visiting Kashmir, as a "Goodwill Gesture" by the Congress Party, 25 dreaded terrorists were released from the Kashmir Jail. As a goodwill gesture !!! Unknown to most people that argued here earlier, It was Lateef Jakande that referred to Lagos as "a No-Man’s Land" in his inaugural address as the first civilian governor of Lagos State on October 1, 1979. He used the phrase in a historical context, explaining that in 1954, Lagos was separated from the rest of the Colony and constituted a Federal Territory, "that is to say, a No-Man’s Land."
