@FabrizioRomano him taking that loan at lyon last year gives me hope that his entourage are being smart with his development and not just going for the biggest name/paycheck. if he was willing to go to lyon to get minutes you’d think he’d be willing to come to the villa for the same reason

@FabrizioRomano You'd think he and his agent will want him to have a long and great career at Real so will want to do what the club wishes of him in regard to loans and his development. Hopefully Real think a loan to Villa can really help with that.

@FabrizioRomano who is coaching at roma? why would he go there? like whats the benefit to him im just trying to understand. Aston Villa is also playing champions league and they're in the Prem which may be a more competitive and he'll have much tougher competition i think it could help him grow
