It was a starlink launch.

There’s still the possibility it’s a starlink or space x launch. However if it’s an aircraft; flight radar doesn’t show everything. Multiple aircraft don’t broadcast on what’s called an ADS-B exchange which means flight radar can’t see the aircraft so there’s that possibility too
