"Many LGBTQ+ people don't have that option." No, that is why in Catholicism the Catechism is explicit about LGBTQ+ people using their "option" or what we call "freewill" to resist the temptations of the flesh and ABSTAIN from the sin of fornicating with same sex partners.

A church exists to represent Christ not the latest cultural movement. Every person is welcome to hear the gospel. That doesn’t mean every lifestyle is affirmed. The call of Christianity has always been repentance, faith, and transformation not changing biblical doctrine to match public opinion.

He is doing this for money, and no other reason. He will stop doing it when he sees a loss of money and no other reason. He is not a man of God.

I don't flaunt my sexual preferences, it's no ones business and most people really don't care. Not all gay people flaunt they're sexual preferences and they don't have any issues. Those who do bring the drama on themselves.

This pastor is definitely taking God out of the equation. It’s not about making them feel represented, it’s about making Jesus Christ the center of your world.

You cannot normalize this. It is not morally nor emotionally healing to do so.

Instead of loving people enough to warn them of the danger they’re in and giving them the truth of the biblical gospel, he’s more concerned with making them feel “represented and accepted.” For what? So he can APPEAR virtuous and kind and so they can feel more comfortable about themselves for the brief amount of time they will spend here on earth? What good will that serve when they stand at the threshold of eternity? Far better it is to repent of a sinful life and turn in faith to Christ! He alone gives true and lasting acceptance, and that does not come apart from repentance of sin and faith in Him.

This is from their website. This is clearly not a Bible based church and I don’t know anyone who has committed themselves as Christian & to Jesus’ teachings can sit through a sermon like this. The UMC church started doing this mess too, and it’s one of the many reasons I left.

How very sad. Rev Norm Seli in the video is part of the United Church of Canada, a woke denomination. There is little hope for him. He has chosen LGBTQ Pride over Christ. He is old.
