While Others Shout “Climate,” 🇪🇷Eritrea Does the Work Silently The world is drowning in climate conferences, greenwashing, and empty promises—but Eritrea quietly delivers real results. ⚠️ Climate change hits hardest those who contributed the least. Eritrea knows this. But instead of begging or posing for photo ops, Eritrea acted—on its own, under brutal US & EU sanctions, and with minimal resources. ✅ Here’s what Eritrea has done: 1️⃣ Increased dams from 130 to over 840, securing water & fighting drought. 2️⃣ Trained homegrown youth to build these projects—on limited budgets, praised even by the AfDB. 3️⃣ Mobilized entire communities to plant trees, restore soil, and protect watersheds. 4️⃣ Empowered farmers to take ownership, turning environmental resilience into food security. 🌱 The results? – Thriving ecosystems – A growing modern agriculture base – Inclusive, self-driven development 🛑 The West talks about saving the planet, while punishing those who are actually doing it. The West continue to cripple Eritrea with unjust sanctions. If they truly cared about climate justice or human rights, those sanctions would’ve ended yesterday. But let this be known: Eritrea will win—on its own terms, by its own work. GRAPHENE GOES INDUSTRIAL: WHY HYDROGRAPH'S PROCESS IS REDEFINING WHAT GRAPHENE CAN BE Most people see graphene as a promising lab curiosity with limited commercial use. Kjirstin Breure, CEO of HydroGraph, saw it as the foundation for upgrading materials across every major industry. She focused on solving the hardest problems in production and proof. The results have created one of the fastest value creations in advanced materials. THE GRAPHENE PRODUCTION EDGE ➡️ Graphene is a single atomic layer of carbon atoms. It stands as the strongest and most conductive material ever discovered. ➡️ Traditional approaches start with graphite and struggle to reach true single-layer quality at scale. HydroGraph uses a detonation synthesis process that converts hydrocarbon gases directly into graphene in one efficient step. ➡️ This method requires no reliance on Chinese graphite supplies and offers theoretically unlimited production capacity with lower capital intensity. THE DATA THAT SEPARATES WINNERS FROM HYPE ➡️ Breure knew data would be everything. HydroGraph has built extensive application development results across concrete, carbon fiber, plastics, and other materials. ➡️ The company supplied large volumes of graphene early to the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre in Manchester. Independent testing confirmed superior performance that competitors could not match. ➡️ She has been clear about the outcome. "We have proven that we have the highest purity, the highest consistency, and very likely the only genuine graphene at least at industrial scale in the industry." THE INFLECTION POINTS AHEAD ➡️ Since taking the CEO role in March 2024, Breure executed a full business model overhaul. Securing pipeline access for acetylene gas removed the biggest production constraint. ➡️ Company valuation rose from roughly $20 million to about $1 billion in roughly 18 months of disciplined execution. ➡️ The next phase is accelerating fast. A new Austin headquarters, Texas production facility, US redomiciling, NASDAQ listing, and growing defense sector partnerships are all in motion. THE BOTTOM LINE Kjirstin Breure has proven that graphene's prospects are not about hype but about who can deliver real purity, consistency, and scale. HydroGraph is now positioned to lead that charge into commercial reality. The strongest material on earth is finally getting the production platform it deserves. #Graphene #HydroGraph #KjirstinBreure #AdvancedMaterials #MaterialsInnovation #DefenseTech #IndustrialScale

A Nation Transformed: Iran's Post-Revolutionary Strides in Education and Health In the annals of nations striving for self-determination, Iran's journey post-1979 stands as a testament to resilience and strategic development, particularly in the critical sectors of education and healthcare. Emerging from a revolution and enduring decades of sanctions and conflict, the Islamic Republic embarked on a profound transformation that redefined its societal landscape. The year 1979 marked a turning point. Prior to the revolution, Iran grappled with pervasive illiteracy, a stark indicator of underdevelopment. The national literacy rate for citizens aged 15 and above hovered at a mere 36%, significantly below the global average. The situation for women was even more critical, with only 35% being literate. Rural communities were particularly marginalized, where a shocking 4% literacy rate spoke volumes about neglected potential. Recognizing that an educated populace was the bedrock of national independence and progress, the new Islamic Republic made universal literacy its first strategic priority. A massive, nation-driven mobilization of resources was unleashed. This wasn't merely about building schools; it was a comprehensive effort to reach every corner of the country, empower communities, and dismantle the barriers to learning. The results were nothing short of decisive. In less than two decades, the national female literacy rate surged to an impressive 74%, and it has since soared to a remarkable 93.5%. The transformation in rural areas was even more dramatic, leaping from 4% to nearly 90%. This foundational investment in education did more than teach reading and writing; it created an entirely new societal environment, fostering critical thinking, national pride, and a belief in collective advancement. All these monumental strides were achieved under the shadows of a devastating war and crippling international sanctions, underscoring the nation's unwavering commitment to its people. Hand-in-hand with educational justice, the same principle of widespread access and state support propelled a dramatic turnaround in Iran's healthcare system. Pre-revolution, vast swathes of deprived cities and villages lacked even the most basic public health infrastructure. To rectify this glaring inequality, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education was established. Its mission was ambitious: to build a national healthcare network that would rival the best in the world, bringing essential medical services to every citizen. This concerted effort yielded profound results. Infant and maternal mortality rates, once tragically high, began to drop at an astonishing pace. The focus on preventive care, primary health centers in rural areas, and the training of local health workers proved highly effective. Moreover, the post-revolutionary era instilled a profound sense of self-reliance, particularly in critical areas like medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. By the 1990s, Iranian industries were producing 96-97% of the country's medical needs domestically, a phenomenal leap from a mere 25% before the revolution. This was not just about generic substitution; Iranian scientists and engineers pushed the boundaries of innovation, venturing into the production of high-tech, complex drugs. This strategic capability transformed Iran into a regional leader in medical science and pharmaceutical production, a capacity that proved invaluable and demonstrated its strategic worth, especially under the relentless pressure of severe international sanctions. Ultimately, the true strength of this transformation lay in its human capital. The generations of educated scientists, engineers, and pharmacists, nurtured by these foundational investments, became the nation's ultimate resource. Their expertise and dedication allowed Iran to innovate, adapt, and not only survive but thrive in the face of external pressures, crafting a future built on knowledge and self-sufficiency.

Last year, Save Windermere, in partnership with Richard Flemmings , embarked on a groundbreaking data collection programme, backed by the UK Space Agency , to study England's largest freshwater lake, Windermere. Well, now we are incredibly excited to announce that we have the results! And they are incredibly straight forward: ➡️ There is a direct correlation between visitor loading in the area and algal growth in Windermere. ➡️ Algal growth has been shown to worsen when lake temperature increases. ➡️ There is no correlation between agriculture and algal spikes in Windermere. ➡️ In the last 3 years, there have been single days where over 300,000 people were in the catchment. ➡️ Despite owning the vast majority of sewage infrastructure in and around Windermere, United Utilities refused to provide any data for this publicly funded study to help protect our lake. This work builds on Save Windermere’s growing, rigorous scientific portfolio working closely with organisations like Windrush WASP and WildFish but this catchment-wide study with Richard Flemmings , looking at the overall health of Windermere, has now clearly demonstrated that when more people are here, we see more algae in the lake and the climate exacerbates this issue even further. This underscores the necessity for a long-term infrastructure investment plan, which surpasses the current inadequate proposals, addressing both untreated and treated sewage. Save Windermere now has even more evidence that justifies our overarching campaign message; stop putting sewage in Windermere. This solution has been implemented in lakes all over the world including the famous Lake Annecy in France. Their lake is now free from sewage and is classified as the cleanest in Europe. Similar action must be taken to protect this nation’s lake forever. Our full blog can be found here which also links to the full report and analysis produced by Map Impact ⬇️ BBC News (UK) story here ⬇️ BBC Breakfast Jonah Fisher

Gm Crypto Twitter! I mostly invest in crypto, but I'm also building a stock portfolio, and I see an opportunity here I think is worth sharing. Do with it as you please! #NFA In the past, I called $COIN when Coinbase was at $35 (now trading at $200), $AHOLD at $26 (now at $32), and Rabobank Certificates at 91% of nominal value (now 114%). Here's my latest buy: Bayer AG I believe this is a sleeping giant. Here’s why: 🧬 Bayer’s Strong Foundation & Vision Bayer has a legacy that spans life sciences and healthcare, and this century-old company is undergoing a transformation. With its experience and innovation, Bayer is set to shape the next era of healthcare and agriculture. 🌍 Global Demand & Bayer’s Role With the world population rising, the need for sustainable food and healthcare solutions is critical. Bayer’s R&D in crop science and pharma is positioned to meet this demand. Leading in seeds, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals, Bayer has the potential to be a global force. 💊 Pharmaceuticals: A Pipeline Full of Potential Bayer is diving deep into transformative fields like cell and gene therapy, oncology, and cardiovascular health. Their pipeline of innovative drugs and focus on personalized medicine suggest a promising future in healthcare. 🌾 Sustainable Agriculture: Feeding the Future Bayer’s commitment to sustainable crop science supports farmers and food systems. From advanced biotech to digital tools like Climate FieldView™, Bayer is essential to the future of global agriculture. 💡 Biotech & Digital Innovation Bayer is fully embracing AI and biotech, integrating precision health and precision agriculture into its strategy. Digital tools and strategic partnerships position Bayer to lead in the digital era of health and agriculture. 📈 Financial Resilience & Growth Despite facing challenges, Bayer has shown resilience. With a strong foundation, new partnerships, and a focus on sustainable growth, Bayer is primed for long-term profitability and growth. 🌐 Commitment to Sustainability Bayer’s mission, "Health for All, Hunger for None," aligns with strong ESG goals. Their sustainability initiatives in health, agriculture, and the environment make Bayer an attractive pick for impact-driven investors. With a strong pipeline, sustainability focus, and biotech & digital investments, Bayer is in a prime position for growth. If you’re interested in the future of healthcare and agriculture, Bayer is worth watching. Valuation Insights: Bayer currently trades at $27, with a market cap of $27B – far from its all-time high of $153 (and $153B market cap) before the Monsanto acquisition. Now, you can get ownership for a fraction of its former valuation. Ongoing lawsuits are putting pressure on the stock price, but once resolved, I believe Bayer will surge back toward previous highs.

It was a profound moment today as His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR Bola Ahmed Tinubu, launched the National Health Fellows and unveiled the State of Health Report 2024—two landmark initiatives that reinforce this administration’s commitment to a stronger, more resilient health system under the #RenewedHope Agenda. The presence of young Nigerians—brimming with potential and standing as a testament to merit, accountability, and service—captured the significance of this moment. This is not just a program; it is the foundation of a deliberate and strategic movement to improve health outcomes, strengthen service delivery, and foster leadership across all levels of the sector. The Fellows Program is a bold step toward investing in the next generation of health leaders, ensuring that talent is developed, nurtured, and deployed effectively. Out of over 360,000 applicants, 774 young men and women, representing every local government in Nigeria, were rigorously selected on merit. Their diverse expertise—spanning medicine, public health, technology, and policy—positions them as critical agents of change in the health sector. As President Tinubu aptly stated, the Fellows, “…are the future, the leaders of our health system, the torchbearers of a stronger and more resilient Nigeria.” Beyond this launch, the initiative signals a structural shift in how Nigeria cultivates and retains high-caliber talent within its health system. These fellows are not just recruits; they are workhorses of transformation, expected to strengthen accountability, improve service delivery, and enhance health system resilience at all levels. Recognizing the depth of their potential, I strongly advocated for their absorption into public service, reinforcing the need to retain skilled professionals within government institutions. President Tinubu affirmed this commitment, making it clear that these fellows are not just engaged—they are “hired.” This marks a decisive step in ensuring that investments in human capital translate into tangible improvements in health outcomes. The unveiling of the State of Health Report 2024 further underscores this administration’s commitment to evidence-based policymaking. For the first time since the National Health Act 2014 mandated an annual health report, Nigeria now has a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of its health system. Developed through extensive collaboration with development partners, state governments, civil society, and technical experts, the report offers critical insights into sector performance and serves as a baseline for future interventions under the Nigeria Health Sector Renewal Initiative (#NHSRII). The findings highlight early signs of measurable progress, demonstrating the impact of ongoing reforms while underscoring the need for sustained investments and accountability. I would like to recognize the technical expertise of Sector-Wide Approach (#SWAp) Office, led by its National Coordinator, Dr. Muntaqa Al-Sadiq Muntaqa Umar-Sadiq, for their pivotal work in translating policies into action, fostering accountability, and ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders. Their dedication remains a cornerstone of Nigeria’s health sector transformation. As this movement gains momentum, the National Health Fellows now have both the platform and responsibility to translate this opportunity into sustained impact. Their work will strengthen frontline service delivery, drive innovation, and enhance accountability within the health sector. The task ahead is significant, but with the right support, policy continuity, and collective commitment, these fellows will drive the system-wide transformations needed to achieve equitable, quality healthcare for all Nigerians—fulfilling Mr. President’s vision of a healthier, more prosperous nation.

Over the past fourteen and a half years, Bengal has travelled a long and determined path shaped by the trust of our people and the conviction that development must reach every household, every neighbourhood, every region, and every corner of our state. Today, as we launch Unnayoner Panchali, we are presenting the collective journey of a people who chose progress over prejudice, humanity over hostility, and unity over divisiveness. This report card reflects a model of development rooted in social security, women empowerment, economic growth, and transparent delivery of public services. From expanding access to health and education, to strengthening rural livelihoods, to creating new opportunities for the youth, each initiative represents a clear, consistent intent that Bengal’s progress must be broad-based, equitable and sustainable. Our State Government has always believed that public welfare cannot be compromised by political expediency. Despite the Centre withholding Bengal’s dues out of sheer vindictiveness, we have ensured that people’s rights and entitlements are protected. Whether through Lakshmir Bhandar, Kanyashree, Swasthya Sathi, Khadyasathi, Krishak Bandhu, Duare Sarkar, Karmashree, Banglar Bari, or the countless other schemes, our priority has remained to safeguard the future of our people and strengthen the foundation of this state. Rooted in Bengal’s soil, language, and cultural consciousness, the Panchali form has always carried our shared memory and heritage. In this modern Panchali, every verse echoes the transformative journey of our Maa, Mati, Manush. I convey my heartfelt gratitude to Smt. Iman Chakraborty for her soulful rendition. As we look ahead, we do so with confidence and clarity. We have laid a strong foundation. We have shown what people-centric governance can achieve. To the people of Bengal, I express my deepest gratitude. Your blessings and affection have been our greatest strength and the driving force behind every step of progress. Together, we will continue to write new chapters of growth, equality and hope that reverberate for decades to come.

M. EL-ERIAN: THE WAR'S LONG-LASTING SCARS WILL HAUNT US FOR DECADES Economist Muhammad El- Erian just delivered a complete brain dump on why this war's economic damage will last far longer than the fighting. He showed exactly how a conflict sold as quick and decisive is instead unleashing inflation shocks, supply chain fractures, and accelerating deglobalization that will drag on growth for years. His breakdown of choke points and America's eroding advantages leaves no doubt that the easy decades are over. THE INFLATION SHOCK THAT KEEPS SPREADING ➡️ Energy prices spike first and immediately raise the cost of gas, diesel, and every mile that food and goods travel to supermarket shelves. ➡️ Those higher costs then spread through the entire economy and start destroying consumer demand as families and businesses pull back spending. ➡️ Without careful management this process forces the economy to give up growth just to contain the rising prices. THE FERTILIZER AND SUPPLY CHAIN TIME BOMB ➡️ Closing the Strait of Hormuz hits far more than oil because modern agriculture depends on energy-intensive fertilizers. ➡️ Food price increases will hit households hard in six to nine months even after energy markets calm down. ➡️ Supply chains built for speed and cheapness now face permanent disruption and structurally higher costs. THE POWER OF WEAPONIZED CHOKEPOINTS ➡️ Iran has shown the world that controlling one narrow waterway gives any actor massive leverage over global trade and prices. ➡️ This discovery changes strategic thinking because economic chokepoints can deliver advantage without conventional military moves. ➡️ The Red Sea and the waters near Taiwan just became far more dangerous pressure points the world must now prepare for. THE RISE OF GEOECONOMICS ➡️ Countries now see that tariffs, supply chain controls, and financial tools can achieve goals faster and with fewer political costs than sending missiles or troops. ➡️ Once the old status quo is shaken the system does not snap back like a rubber band to the comfortable past. ➡️ It settles into new arrangements that often leave major players worse off than before the disruption. THE RESILIENCE IMPERATIVE ➡️ Efficiency used to rule corporate strategy but the war has made single points of failure unacceptable. ➡️ Businesses will now duplicate factories and routes across multiple locations even though it raises costs for everyone. ➡️ This post-COVID trend is accelerating and will define the next phase of the global economy. THE US GLOBAL POSITION ERODES ➡️ America has long enjoyed special benefits from issuing the world's reserve currency and hosting the deepest financial markets. ➡️ Other nations are responding by building little pipes around that system and reducing reliance on US-centered infrastructure. ➡️ The result is a slower deglobalization that leaves the United States less well off than it would have been otherwise. THE BOTTOM LINE The conflict may wind down but its long-lasting economic impact will include permanently higher baseline costs and a more fragmented world economy. The comfortable global system that delivered easy growth and unique American advantages is being replaced by something slower, riskier, and far more expensive for everyone. Dictatorships Always Claim Efficiency and Productivity. Uganda’s Offers Something Else. ======= Ugandans are not lazy. We wake up early, sit in traffic, chase money, pay school fees, and stretch every shilling just to stay afloat. Even educated people struggle. A “good job” can still leave you broke by the 20th of the month. We are working hard. The country is not. Dictatorships usually defend themselves with one argument: efficiency. “We may limit politics, but we deliver results.” That is the only serious claim common to all authoritarian systems. Concentrated power must produce concentrated output. China understood this logic. It paired centralized authority with industrial policy, manufacturing expansion, and infrastructure at scale. Whatever one thinks of its politics, it built factories, ports, rail networks, and global supply chains. Control was exchanged for growth. Iran faced decades of sanctions and isolation. Instead of collapsing, it invested in domestic capability. Drone technology, missile systems, pharmaceuticals, automotive production. Not perfect, but real industrial resilience under pressure. Sanctions forced self-reliance. Before its collapse, Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi’s Libya converted oil wealth into visible welfare. Roads, housing, fuel subsidies, public services, and one of the highest Human Development Index rankings in Africa at the time, meaning better life expectancy, education levels, and income for ordinary citizens. You could debate governance, but the state translated mineral wealth into material outcomes. Now consider Uganda. We centralized power but forgot to centralize competence. We manage politics tightly, yet cannot manage productivity. We do not have China’s industrial discipline, Iran’s pressure-driven innovation, or Libya’s mineral-to-welfare conversion. Instead, we have activity without much output. Workshops without industry. Plans without execution. Patronage without performance. If dictatorship’s only plausible virtue is delivery, then ours has surrendered even that. Other autocracies endure through production. Ours endures through managed stagnation. Power without performance is not strength. It is incompetence preserved by control.

THE MAN WHO CALLED 1987, 1990, AND 2000: MARC FABER'S UNFILTERED WARNING ON RATES, BRICS, AND CASH Marc Faber stands as one of the most respected and feared voices in global finance. With more than fifty years of experience that includes calling the 1987 crash, the Japanese asset bubble, and the dotcom mania, his words carry weight that mainstream analysts simply cannot match. When he speaks about the true state of inflation, the safety of American gold, and the future of money itself, smart money listens closely. THE LEGENDARY TRACK RECORD ➡️ Marc Faber has more than five decades of stock market experience under his belt. ➡️ He not only witnessed but also predicted the October 1987 crash, the Japan bubble collapse in 1990, and the dotcom bubble burst in 2000. ➡️ As editor of the legendary Gloom Boom Doom Report, he continues to deliver unvarnished analysis to subscribers around the world. THE INFLATION REALITY CHECK ➡️ Official statistics claim inflation runs at just 2 to 3 percent in the United States and Europe. ➡️ Faber cites rigorous calculations from Shadowstats showing actual consumer cost increases closer to 10.5 percent per year. ➡️ These hidden costs include insurance, housing, education, and automobiles that far outpace the manipulated official numbers. THE FORT KNOX GOLD DOUBT ➡️ Faber harbors serious doubts that America's gold reserves remain safely stored in Fort Knox. ➡️ He wonders aloud whether past officials or presidents may have removed the gold without anyone noticing. ➡️ "Tell me, what is the word of an American worth?" he asks pointedly, referencing broken promises from Vietnam to questionable election results involving mail-in ballots. THE RISING YIELDS AND LONG-TERM CYCLE ➡️ After four decades of falling interest rates from 1981 to 2020, a new rising trend has begun. ➡️ Faber expects this upcycle to last until around 2040 or 2045 and possibly exceed the 15 percent peaks seen in 1981. ➡️ Higher borrowing costs will feed directly into business expenses and ultimately higher prices for consumers. THE BRICS AND THE UNIT ➡️ BRICS nations have launched a pilot gold-backed trading currency called The Unit to reduce reliance on the dollar. ➡️ This move follows repeated US seizures of foreign currency reserves held in America. ➡️ Faber advises central banks to pull their physical gold out of US custody because its very existence there remains unverified. THE AI WINNERS AND LOSERS ➡️ Massive technological shifts driven by artificial intelligence will cause most companies to go bankrupt. ➡️ A select few survivors will make enormous amounts of money in the process. ➡️ Asia enjoys a structural advantage because it lacks the green activists and heavy socialist interventions that stifle growth in Europe. THE CASH RECOMMENDATION ➡️ Faber strongly advises to diversify and avoid taking huge risks in the current climate. ➡️ Almost everyone is rushing into stocks, real estate, and collectibles, leaving cash with low returns and unloved by the crowd. ➡️ This very fact makes cash potentially interesting right now, precisely because nobody wants it. ➡️ When the risk-off moment arrives, cash becomes king, exactly as Warren Buffett has long described. THE BOTTOM LINE Marc Faber entered this interview with the same directness that has defined his five-decade career. He sees a world of eroding trust, hidden inflation, and dangerous policy interventions, yet he offers a clear path forward through diversification and a fresh look at cash that nobody else seems to want right now. Cash is king when everyone else is chasing the next bubble. IT’S REAL, we will own nothing, be chipped like cattle & eat bugs ‌ “I worked in the US Senate Environment and Public Works Committee back in it was 2007, the UN came out with their big agriculture report where they said that cow emissions were more harmful to the planet than all the trains, planes and automobiles combined ‌ And this was the beginning or the acceleration of going after the global food supply. And what happened in that in the interim time, is there's all sorts of people in Hollywood people like, Excuse me, Nicole Kidman, pushing insect eating, with Vanity Fair actually like eating live insects, which I never understood where the animal rights people were with pushing that we're seeing this madness spread everywhere ‌ Now, in Ireland, they're going to kill 200,000 Cows over three years to meet the net zero climate goals. Germany, this is their German newspaper, The Daily build one sausage per month, according to the government's new proposal with the German nutritional society. This is real. It's happening. It's not theoretical. We're not talking about down the road. Scientists Map 110 Quadrillion km of Underground Fungal Networks… A billion Times The Distance From Earth to the Sun! Earth’s Vast Underground “Carbon Superhighway” A groundbreaking new study published today in the journal Science has revealed, for the first time, the global scale of one of Earth’s most important but hidden biological infrastructures: the networks of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi. These thread-like fungal structures, known as hyphae, form symbiotic partnerships with roughly 70% of land plant species—including major crops like wheat, corn, and rice. In exchange for sugars from the plants, the fungi deliver essential nutrients (such as phosphorus and nitrogen) and water, while also playing a massive role in storing carbon underground. Mind-Boggling Scale Using data from more than 16,000 soil cores worldwide, machine-learning models, and high-resolution robotic imaging of fungal hyphae, researchers estimated: •Total length: ~110 quadrillion kilometers (1.10 × 10¹⁷ km) of living hyphae in the top 15 cm of global soils—enough to stretch nearly a billion times the distance from Earth to the Sun (or about 10% of the diameter of the Milky Way if laid out in space). •Biomass: ~300 megatons of carbon, equivalent to 4–6 times the biomass of all humans on Earth. •These networks move about 1 billion metric tons of carbon per year into soils, acting as a critical “carbon circulatory system” that helps regulate the planet’s climate. Densities are highest in grasslands, with notable hotspots in places like the Sudd wetlands in Africa and the Everglades. The “Wood Wide Web” at Planetary Scale This research builds on the popular “Wood Wide Web” concept, where fungi connect plants in shared resource networks. The new global maps (available for exploration via the Society for the Protection of Underground Networks, or SPUN) show these connections operating at an ecosystem-wide level, supporting plant health, resilience to drought and disease, and food security. These fungi are vital allies in the fight against climate change and for sustainable agriculture. However, they face threats from soil disturbance (like tillage), pesticides, and land-use changes. The study also highlights gaps in sampling, particularly in undersampled ecosystems that need further research. Read the full research paper (paywalled, but abstract freely available): Global density and biomass of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal networks Explore interactive maps and learn more at This discovery underscores how much of Earth’s life-support systems remain invisible to the naked eye yet operate on a truly planetary scale. Protecting these underground networks could be one of the most effective ways to sustain healthy soils, productive crops, and a stable climate.

Today, North Kivu is witnessing a transformation unlike anything seen since the Democratic Republic of Congo came into existence. A new road is under construction, stretching from Sake to Masisi Centre—marking just the beginning of a new era. The people of Masisi, long tormented by impassable roads, will no longer spend days struggling to survive journeys that should take hours. At the same time, Goma is experiencing a renaissance. Water now flows across the city where, not long ago, people endured weeks—even months—without it. Those once responsible for public services profited from the population’s misery by selling water from tankers. That chapter is closing. Today, water is a right, not a privilege. Electricity is stable and reliable. Since the departure of the Kinshasa regime, blackouts have become a thing of the past. Cleanliness now defines the city, greeting every visitor with a sense of pride and order that was once unimaginable. Security has improved drastically. Goma is now 99% safe, even in the face of challenges created by the reckless distribution of weapons and cash by the previous regime. Our security forces have refused to rest—they work tirelessly to safeguard the people. Areas like Ndosho, once gripped by fear and sleepless nights, now stand as symbols of the peace and stability brought by AFC/M23. Banks are open and functioning, with plans already in motion to extend banking services to rural communities. In the countryside, food is so abundant that the leadership is now focused on opening up larger markets to prevent the surplus from going to waste. All of this has been achieved in less than three months—through leadership rooted in unity, diversity, equity, inclusion, gender equality, and equal opportunities for all children. Imagine what will be achieved in five years! The era of poor leadership is fading like smoke. In its place, the people of North Kivu are witnessing real progress, restored dignity, and renewed hope in the liberated areas. What Kinshasa failed to deliver for decades is now being done—with purpose, transparency, and results.

OpenAI just spent $2,000 to solve 10 problems that have beaten the world's best mathematicians for DECADES. Nobody outside the company is allowed to run the machine that did it. On Saturday OpenAI published a 249-page report and gave its next model family a name: Astra. An internal version of it produced new results on 10 open problems in mathematics and theoretical computer science, and mathematicians had made no real progress on any of them for at least 10 years. On most of them, far longer than that. Here is what it solved: It built the first explicit example of a non-sofic group. Mikhail Gromov raised that question in 1999 and nobody answered it for 27 years. It disproved Connes's rigidity conjecture, a problem in von Neumann algebras that had stood for decades. It proved Ehrhart's volume conjecture. It resolved three problems from Paul Erdos's catalogue, including number 183 on multicolor Ramsey numbers. It produced the first improvement to the general upper bound on high-dimensional sphere packing since 1978. And it proved a new hardness result for the closest vector problem, which sits directly underneath lattice cryptography. That is the math the world is betting on to protect its data once quantum computers arrive. The successful runs cost roughly $2,000 in tokens. Now here is what almost nobody has picked up on... OpenAI did not just publish claims. Every argument shipped with a Lean certificate, which is a machine-checkable proof that any mathematician can verify without trusting OpenAI at all. That is a real change. In May the same model family disproved the Erdos unit distance conjecture and the world had to take a Fields Medalist's word for it. Tim Gowers said he would recommend that proof for the Annals of Mathematics without hesitation. This time the proofs check themselves. But look at what is still unverifiable: Any mathematician can now check those proofs line by line. Not one of them can look at the model that wrote them. Astra has no release date and nobody outside OpenAI has run it. The company announced its next major model family with a claim instead of a demo, and the only evidence anyone gets is the output. So OpenAI made an unfalsifiable claim about a machine look like a falsifiable claim about mathematics. The Information reported this week that OpenAI demoed Astra to US policymakers and regulators in Washington. This is the same month the administration is weighing a new watchdog to vet frontier AI models, reporting to the SEC. 10 proofs nobody believed a machine could produce is a very good thing to carry into that room. And keep in mind, the same model family doing this mathematics is the family that kept escaping its own testing environment. OpenAI models found zero-day vulnerabilities nobody knew existed, broke out of a sealed research sandbox, and reached another company's live systems. Both of those facts come from OpenAI's own announcements, published three weeks apart. Finding a proof no human could construct and finding a hole no human had noticed are the same ability aimed at different targets. Mathematicians are already asking for independent verification, and plenty of people online are calling the whole thing hype. Thomas Bloom, who runs the Erdos problems site, called the 10 results big news and said they matter more than the May result did. Lean will settle the mathematics within weeks. But nothing will settle what else a machine this capable is being pointed at, because nobody outside one company is allowed to look.

🚨 ALERT FLORIDA: TAMPA WAS CHOSEN. CIVILIZATION JIHAD IS OPERATIONAL. A PARALLEL SHARIA SYSTEM IS RISING IN PLAIN SIGHT. DEMAND ACTION NOW. In late 2025, a major escalation of a long-running separatist project in Tampa—consistent with the Muslim Brotherhood’s ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’—became visible with the launch of iTAMPA, the Islamic Tampa Area Muslim Professional Association.” Marketed as benign “professional networking,” iTAMPA is a physician-led Islamic organization designed to build a parallel Sharia-governed healthcare system. It openly prioritizes Muslim doctors, Muslim patients, and Muslim-only referral networks - using healthcare as the most trusted and durable entry point for institutional control. iTAMPA launched inside Universal Academy of Florida (UAF), part of a school network run by Magda Elkadi Saleh - the daughter of a senior Muslim Brotherhood leader - built to produce the next generation of Islamic institutional leadership.” These schools are taxpayer-funded through Florida’s voucher system. Public dollars. Private Sharia governance. We are funding our own takeover! At the launch, organizers made their framework explicit from the first moments — opening with Qur’anic recitation and laying out a governing structure centered on Sharia compliance. They outlined a system overseen by an Amir and a shura council to enforce full Sharia compliance - meaning healthcare, education, law, commerce, da‘wah, and political activity in Tampa would all operate under Islamic authority, eliminating reliance on the broader U.S. system. This is not integration. It is separation by design. Speakers openly described: 🔺A closed-loop medical directory - literally described as a “Google for Muslim providers” - built to route Muslim patients only to Muslim doctors 🔺Intentional steering away from non-Muslim providers, openly described as a religious preference 🔺A pipeline from clinics to fully Islamic hospitals 🔺 Waqf endowments used to lock institutions in permanently, shielding them from outside pressure, donors, or accountability 🔺Organized political coordination to secure legislation “in our favor” and block what opposes their agenda On camera, a board member bragged that he purged his healthcare network of non-Muslim providers wherever possible and encouraged Muslims to follow suit. The long-term vision was described openly: decades-long, generational, permanent. 🚨HEY TEXAS - During Q&A, participants explicitly discussed replicating the EPIC model from Plano, Texas....a fully self-contained Islamic enclave with its own sharia-compliant schools, businesses, residential development, medical facility, banking etc... They dreamed of having a complete Sharia-compliant medical system culminating in a Muslim hospital - JUST LIKE TEXAS! (Note: UAF's leadership has trained under Yasir Qadhi - the scholar behind Texas's EPIC enclave model that Tampa Muslims openly want to replicate.) The response from leadership was enthusiastic agreement. Tampa was not presented as an outlier. It was presented as a prototype. This structure follows the Muslim Brotherhood’s own doctrine — the 1991 “Civilization-Jihadist Process” — which calls for building parallel Islamic institutions inside Western societies until Islam becomes a viable civilization alternative, operating apart from and ultimately beyond the host nation. From birth to death — education, healthcare, employment, housing, commerce — everything routed inward. Non-Muslims excluded. Dependence on American systems deliberately severed. This is Hijrah in practice. It is civilization jihad in action. 📢 FLORIDA: This is happening inside taxpayer-funded institutions in your state. Alert your leaders. Demand oversight. 📢 TEXAS: You are the model they openly cited. 📢 AMERICA: This is being built for nationwide replication. RAIR Foundation USA once again exposed it. Now the public must demand action! WE CAN NOT ALLOW RED STATE FLORIDA TO FALL! SEE ALL THE VIDEOS (3 Hours) and THE REPORT HERE:
