Articles 43(5) of the CHAN regulations states: Protests are to be made within 48 hours after the game being complained of. 2. Articles 12 of the CAF Statutes talks of Powers of Chairman to grant interim orders which may include nulyfication of results. 3. Articles 43(2) of CHAN Statutes states that any person or authority may report conduct that he or it considers incompatible with the CAF regulations to legal bodies. Complaint shall be made in writing. 4. Further the decision of referee is not final because articles 82 and 83 of the CAF Statutes provides for how officials are to conduct themselves.
