I made a mini macOS app which turns timezones into delightful experience ✨ 🌎 No more asking the same questions: • when to call your long distance gf •how to schedule your post to hit US market •if you're available when client asks you for a call macOS menu bar version for grabs here: → this was so much fun ngl!

How have I never noticed that macOS' menu bar "shares" space between menu items for the hover state? I don't think I've ever seen this before. Normally I'd expect each item to have its own reserved space for the hover state.

The Perplexity Mac app now has an account switcher. Switch between your saved accounts, add a new one, or manage them from the sidebar profile menu or the account settings menu. Live now in the Mac app for all Computer users.

WOAHHH... Launch Android & iOS emulators in seconds. 😲 This free, open-source macOS app lets you launch and manage Android & iOS simulators directly from your Mac’s menu bar, without needing to open Android Studio or Xcode every time. Pretty damn handy for devs, designers & AI coders :) Shout-out to Oskar for building this 🔥 Source 🔗: Follow for more amazing AI, Coding & Web Dev insights 💎

Introducing 🎉 a tiny menu bar app that keeps your Mac awake while your agents, builds, or renders run. even with the lid closed. set your limits, close the lid, and go touch some grass your Mac keeps working. you don't have to. Open Sourced

This just in #NewinLoop: #MicrosoftPlanner and Loop just got closer 🤝 Now, you can bring your Planner boards without leaving your Loop page by using the /menu! Access your Pinned plans or any others in a snap.

Someone built a lightweight Mac app that blurs everything except the active window to help you stay focused. Minimal CPU/GPU usage and can be toggled from the menu bar or by shaking the mouse.

this OpenClaw bot finds ugly digital menus, rebuilds them as branded apps, and mails the owner a postcard with the QR...on autopilot. here's how agencies can land recurring contracts with this system: - scans every restaurant with a digital menu in real time - pulls the full menu — items, prices, photos from the live page - ranks them by how bad the design is (no photos, default font, no logo) - pulls the brand colors and font straight from the restaurant's own page - rebuilds each menu as an app, live at a QR-accessible URL - writes a postcard quoting the restaurant's actual menu quirks - mails it to the registered office addressed to the owner by first name every step from discovery to brand-matching to outreach is automated. reply "MENU" and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too

Adding "menu scanning" into Amy 👀 honestly have never seen a calorie tracking app do this before sometimes i just want to scan the menu because it has such a good description of the food (better than a photo)

Look no further than the Weather app on macOS to see how Apple has lost its way on quality. Highlight colors missing, dividers disappearing, labels jumping around, animations feeling jerky, clicks not registering. I suspect that the macOS version is just a quick port of the iOS app (which is still good), but a team that obsesses about quality doesn't ship stuff like this.

A little control goes a long way. Meet the new Site Control Centre in Zen. A single menu for the page you’re on. Take a screenshot, bookmark a site, open extensions, or check site permissions; all without digging through settings. A copy link button and a sidebar toggle in the URL bar are also included in this update. Now available in 1.17b —

Stop saying AI can't design. Lovable + Opus 4.5 helped me build a landing page in under 10 mins that designers charge thousands for. If your landing page still looks like a 2010 app, that's not an AI problem. That's a workflow problem. Full breakdown 👇🏻
