My account was hacked and it’s name changed to "Meta Copyright Bawhchhiatna”. Then you all permanently disabled. And I am not the only one that this has happened too. Are you all ever going to fix this and restore our accounts?

Hi facebook, my account was hacked and the hacker added 2fa. I have tried every option, numerous times without success. Your help options and lack of person to person help options is a disgrace. Is there any one with a legitimate way to reactivate my account.

Why does fb support not reply to emails/requests? My husband had an email saying there was an usual log in to his account. He went to try to go onto his account and was told it had been disabled by fb. Someone has hacked it and done something to cause this.

Um- my account that I had since 2008 was hijacked back in Feb after a ransomware incident. The person changed the name and the email associated with the account, rendering the provided guidance useless. I ultimately created a new account and am now locked out of that one- bc I tried logging in from a different browser and the platform wanted to confirm it’s me. Submitted my documents and received notice that fb could not determine my identity? The irony of this is grossly concerning given that my original account from 2008 was hijacked by a h*cker months prior and it being one of two accounts -out of 10 that were h*cked -that I’ve yet to recover. Like..seriously?

@facebook my account of 12 years got hacked. After the hacker took 200$ my account got permanently disabled and I tried everything to get it back. Please help.

I want to let Facebook and their audience know that it is a struggle to contact anyone who can help with a serious matter. Yesterday my Metta account through Facebook for 3 of my pages were hacked and basically hijacked. I wasn’t able to contact anyone at Facebook to help.

@facebook Been hacked yesterday and your move was to disable my account permanently. 15 years of memories + linked to my professional account. You can see that it is connected to my verified instagram profile but do nothing…. It looks like I am not the only one… it’s a shame
