Whoever wants to on their side may conduct negotiations. What we need is for our agreements to be recognized by the main international players. That is all. This matters. It is one thing when decisions are recognized and the territories are under Russian sovereignty, and if the agreements are violated, it will be considered an attack on Russia with all the corresponding response measures, or it will be perceived as an attempt by Ukraine to reclaim its territories.
