He’s lucky he lasted as long as he did. He had every opportunity to stop resisting and being a threat, and he chose not to do that. Hopefully he won’t be able to make any choices ever again after this. No choices at all.
The man assaulted the Police officer, had two pistols and the Officer wouldn’t know what the man intentions was. The man could have killed the officer. Justified by intent.
That cop shot him cuz he was but hurt. Not justified its plain as day him just tryna get away and the cop noticed.
