It's not about good or bad parenting it's about teaching a fake narrative to the next gen. Couples would adopt and spread their mental illness that there are more than 2 genders and all the others would be forced to believe in their narrative. THIS MUST NEVER BE ALLOWED IN INDIA

Sanctity of marriage has to be respected.

Parenting is combination of father and mother. Who are father n mother in same sex?

But milord law does discriminate about parenting based on sexuality. Single man can't adopt a child.

But they undeniably have an impact on the development of young minds, as seen in other nations.

Then why in 99% cases child custody is given to mothers ?
