When you are working with the devil or at least a spawn of one, no laws apply. Trump is the "Man of lawlessness", and Elon is his sidekick. I honestly don't think at this point anything will be done. Trump has gotten away with all of his 34 conviction FELONY'S, STILL President, and no one has dragged him off, so I highly doubt anything will happen to Elon as well. Trump ENDORSES him!! It's a royal shitshow. The world as anyone knew it no longer exists.
