Worth flagging, since Benji runs on it, that Canton doesn't really fit the L1/L2 scaling frame. Rollup stacks prove batches back to a base chain. Canton runs independent synchronizers that stay private by default and only sync state when parties actually transact together. Scale comes from adding synchronizers, not from L2 throughput tricks.
