I’m no stair builder, but I wonder if the planks aren’t large enough to cover the whole tread, why put the smaller piece on the front edge of the stair, where it’ll get the most use and the most pressure from people sleeping at the edges, particularly when going down stairs? The narrower width gets less glue and thus can take less pressure. Seems to me the larger board at the front would have more surface area for more glue and stronger adhesion.

Amazing skills.

didnt seem too hard to do?

It looks so easy

Don't know jack about laying wood panels on stairs, but that looks pretty damn good.

Interesting

Nice, would like to see final product

He has a really good technique.

I’ve helped with a wooden floor before and we didn’t use all this glue

Very nice watching
