Brady has already shown he is ready for adoption. He's been perfect in foster. Walking, being in the car, with people, with dogs, with cats. He's got a fantastic personality. He is nearly 2 years old. He enjoys a play and a zoom but is also happy to chill when needed. He's very food led and is already learning his boundaries. He loves to follow his foster around and see what he's doing. Brady can definitely live with other dogs but would be very happy as the only dog in an active household too. X please help to find Brady his own family. Please message for more information

💔 This one hurts in a way we can’t even put into words 😔 For almost a year, Fitz knew “home”. A foster home. A routine. A comfy bed. Walks in the park. Coffee shop stops. Beach days. Love. His foster did everything she could to keep him, everything but unfortunately her situation changed and she had to make the most heartbreaking decision. Fitz was dropped off at boarding, a kennel. No couch. No familiar smells. No human sleeping nearby. We are all crying for him because this isn’t what he deserves. Not after a year of being so deeply loved. Fritz doesn’t understand why his world changed. He doesn’t know this is temporary. He just knows he went from home… to a kennel. 🙏 Fritz needs a foster in CA or adopter — urgently. 🐾1-y/o Rocky Road was just added to tonight's list. Came in w/ Charisma (reserved) b/c owner is unwell. He was so scared at intake he had to be wheeled into his kennel on a gurney. Now he is frozen in place, too scared to move. Owner says at home he is friendly & affectionate. Needs a foster offer by 5/21:

On June 1st, Romeo was arriving at work when he was wrongfully taken by ICE. They did not ask his name, did not provide any documentation, and would not give information as to why he was being arrested. According to one of the ICE workers, after the fact, he was not who they were looking for, and despite his having no criminal history, he is still being detained somewhere. The GoFundMe is to help his family be able to afford a lawyer so that he can get the legal help that he deserves and needs. 👉

Nice Nature really loved carrots. When he returned to his home ranch, he was the Carrot Gang. His foster parent member told me that back then, if you didn’t bring a carrot, he’d butt you with his nose.💢🐽 However, when I met him in his later years, he seemed very calm, perhaps due to his age. He was an adorable old horse, always staying near his buddy Meteor Shower. His grave is away from the ranch and is private. Only his foster parent member is allowed to visit it. The video was filmed in 2022. #nicenature

A desperate and panicked baby duck in NYC chased pedestrians at Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Some ran to shake the little duck off, not realizing he was just a baby looking for help. Unfortunately, the duck was imprinted and dumped by a human who decided a duck wasn’t a good pet. He can’t fly or fend for himself in the wild. He was rescued and named Rudy. He is doing much better now. Abandoning animals in the city comes with a $1,000 fine. 🎦 Credit: The Dodo.

So many times over the last weeks we had seen him, abandoned and maybe searching for an owner who is never coming back. Last night, without the rain and wind howling, Melisa was determined. Of course he ran away, but after hours of patience, finally, he came to her. Safe and warm now in foster. Full of ticks, matted and starving tomorrow he will be treated and cleaned up, for now he rests in rhe warm.
