@TimothyKight @JaylaForbes2027 this must be you… elite leader, elite culture, to create elite team results. Notice it’s ‘elite leader’ which is very different and requires ongoing development of skills. The elite leader does not have to be the elite player but it’s easier if they are one.

What changed wasn’t the gun, it was our culture. We’ve got a mental health crisis, a moral decay, and a breakdown of family and faith. It’s NOT the gun. It’s the culture. And we need leaders who can thoughtfully tackle these issues, NOT create reactionary law that tramples on our rights. I will ALWAYS stand for the 2nd Amendment.
