Do what you say you will do. - A coach that cares about them (Connection). Get to know them outside of football. - A coach that makes them better (Competence). Help your players be their best. - A negative environment creates negative thoughts. - A positive environment creates the power of possibilities. - A player can become what we constantly tell him he can be. Accountability - Coaches must take accountability for their responsibility. Own it! - Don't ask the players to do something you are unwilling to do. - No BCD. It will ruin us from within. It doesn't solve or change anything. Blame others. Complain about what we don't have.
