Leading Alawite clerics in Syria have released a statement calling for a comprehensive amnesty that includes all members of Syrian society without exception, following the fall of the Assad government on Sunday.

They were calling Bashar God last week and now they are acting like Muslims. I agree with a general amnesty but every Alawi Officer rank or higher from the former Syrian intelligence, military and units that committed atrocities should be hunted down.
