Scott Laughton says his time in Toronto has been both amazing and humbling, appreciating the opportunity to play for one of the NHL’s best franchises while recognizing that ahead of the trade deadline every player has to manage their own training, recovery, family obligations, and personal challenges, yet still come together as a team on the ice: “Everyone is in their own situation, has to deal with their own routine, but you have to come on the ice and be a unit together. And yeah, it’s hard sometimes, but at the end of the day, you're in the NHL and one of the best franchises. It’s a very humbling opportunity to play here and it’s a special place… I’ve loved it here and I’ve loved my time and that’s all I can really control. I’m a Leaf and that’s where I want to be… we’ll see where it goes.” 🎥: Toronto Maple Leafs #LeafsForever

Matthew Tkachuk and Brady Tkachuk both agreed that if they were on the Maple Leafs while Auston Matthews was hit by Radko Gudas, there’s no way they wouldn’t have gotten ejected sticking up for him: “Anytime something happens to your best player or captain, there has to be some sort of response. You shouldn’t have to fight for every clean hit, but if something dirty happens or a guy gets hurt, you deal with it right away. At that point, it’s not even about the points in the standings. Sticking up for your teammate matters more in a game like that. I don’t know, I think Brady and I are pretty old school in the way we think, but if we were on the Leafs, we probably wouldn’t have lasted that game without being in a scrum after every whistle. Nobody’s coming out of that game without at least a hit or a little jab. There would’ve been a scrum after every whistle.” 🎥 Wingmen with Matthew and Brady Tkachuk (Via #leafsforever

Gavin McKenna is already seeing the effects of moving in with John Tavares, saying that not only is Tavares a hard worker on the ice, but he works just as hard off the ice, with his recovery and diet “For me, being a young guy and having a veteran like that kind of take me under his wing, it’s just how dialled in he is off the ice. You know, when you see him on the ice, he’s one of the hardest workers every single shift, but it’s how he takes care of his body, with his food, even in his house, he’s got all the recovery stuff. He played all 82 games last year, and I think that’s just with the work he puts in off the ice. For me, being a young guy, to learn that pretty quick, I think that’d be awesome.” 🎥: Toronto Maple Leafs #leafsforever

🚨🎙️ Mitch Marner on his departure from Toronto and how, especially in his last few weeks as a Leaf, things like his address getting leaked and d*ath threats being sent to him affected him and his family: “Obviously, Game 1 and 2 went amazing against Florida… Game 3 to 5 went really bad. 3 was actually a really good game, went to overtime, and they scored late to win it. But we lose Game 7… in a non-enjoyable way of all time, probably. I get home… I’m pretty disappointed, devastated. The thought also of it being my last Maple Leaf game at home. And then I get a phone call, probably five or so minutes after, from my wife’s father. He goes, ‘I just want to let you know we’ve got people sending us screenshots of a guy posting your address online, saying if people want to come pay us a visit and say their goodbyes in a quotation way… here’s the address.’ It’s a little tough, obviously. We kind of dealt with it for the last two years in a way. The market’s very passionate… they love their team… I know it, I was born and raised there, been a part of Leafs Nation for a long time. But when your family’s safety comes into question, especially having a new son, I don’t think it’s acceptable. Having full-time security at your house for two weeks after the playoffs, just to make sure no one’s coming around… even worrying about the safety of walking your dog and your child. It’s unfortunate… but, yeah, we all deal with this stuff sometimes.” — TSN / TSN Hockey #LeafsForever

Auston Matthews described visiting the White House yesterday as a huge honor for him and his teammates, becoming the first U.S. hockey team to win gold in 46 years. He made it clear he is not very political, but viewed the invitation as a great honor regardless of who is in office and hopes moments like this can help bring the country closer together: “We’re proud Americans, and doing something like that, winning a gold medal and representing your country, it felt like a special honor to be invited. I mean, it’s an honor. So it was pretty neat to go there, see everything, and just kind of share that experience with everybody. I don’t like to get political or get into that kind of stuff. Like I said, we’re proud Americans, and winning a gold medal, especially since it’s been 46 years since the men’s ice hockey team has done that, means a lot. The team that wins the Stanley Cup every year gets a White House invitation. I just think it’s something you do because we are proud Americans, whatever your political beliefs may be. Hopefully something like this can bring more unity to the country and things like that. But for us, we believe it’s a great honor no matter who’s in office.” 🎥: Toronto Maple Leafs #LeafsForever

I wrote an article earlier this week, lamenting about Keith Pelley openly stating his preference to 'retool' before conducting the search for the next General Manager. "I’ll never understand why he tipped his hand back in March, immediately after firing Brad Treliving. According to Pelley, the team interviewed 27 candidates for the head of hockey operations. What an incredible, unrepeatable opportunity to survey 27 of the sharpest executives in the NHL on what the Leafs truly need to win, free of preconceived notions. With the franchise at a genuine crossroads, wouldn’t you want unfiltered feedback? What if 24 of those 27 candidates believed a full rebuild was necessary? By telegraphing the preferred direction upfront, the organization contaminated the process. Some candidates inevitably molded their pitches to fit what Keith Pelley wanted to hear. Valuable, honest information was lost." For all the same reasons, it was refreshing to hear John Chayka take the opposite approach when responding to questions about what he’s looking for in the next head coach this afternoon. This is the way.

REALLY special opening statement by P.J. Fleck (worth the ENTIRE listen): - Wore this blue wristband, our community has been through a lot, that’s why Heather and I love it here so much…today was a special win, we had Fletcher’s 3 buddies, and his brother join us yesterday from the Annunciation shooting. Fletcher (Merkel) was one of the young people that lost his life. Their Dads came and spent a lot of time with us yesterday. - One of Fletcher’s greatest memories was the USC game last year, which was talked about his funeral. - It’s the most unthinkable, tragic, catastrophic feeling you probably could ever have, losing your child. - Mike Wierzbicki did a tremendous job of hosting them, and bringing them into our family - They all got a game ball, kids are really resilient, but we don’t know how that will really impact young people - This is what Row The Boat is all about. Can’t bring Fletcher back, can’t make it easier, but I hope that for 45 minutes in my office, for pre-game, to that locker room, they could smile, and I thought they did. - This goes way bigger than football, everybody. I get paid to win, but I understand my role as a head football coach, I understand the obligation I have, the job I have to do and who I represent. - People can say Row The Boat is corny, it’s 13 years everybody, move on, find a new word, almost 100 wins…corny? It’s never give up. It’s what we just talked about with Team Fletcher, if you’re going to call that corny, you have issues and problems. - What our team showed tonight was resolve and the resiliency of what RTB is all about. I’m so darn proud of them. I don’t know if I’ve been a part of a win like that, that meant so much, and you didn’t even know it. - Coming off of a loss like that, they found a way to win. - #1 reason I love being a football coach is changing lives.

What I should have followed. After the holidays as I’m a brokie as the legend Andrew Tate say I’m going to need help by the Twitter lawyers after the holiday season to help out. The people that help me win the suits will generously participate in the upside. Going to let the monsters that lives on the backs and injury of hard working warriors that fall have a good Christmas spirit. After the holidays I will post many nice evidence and recordings this bipolar person will release. Don’t worry I will let you fine folk put me in jail as well. Never claimed to be innocent. But the hilarious attempts to be innocent and be a part of fucking my kids future to go down with me. I give zero fucks about what happens to me. This is for my kids. Maybe the white dominated sport that is so fine and nice sit back and sweat. I’m the truth that hockey is the most toxic culture in all of sports. The players and staff know the idiot I’ve been. Lucky I have not done it alone. How come hockey never been in the news for drugs and criminal activity. Nah we just the white league that are better and behave better then all other sports. Gary get ready. What I’m coming with after you had a jolly good time the reality you will have fun suppress. But your watch dogs won’t win me and if they do tell them to come well prepared. Folks and fans I’m willing to destroy my self for truth. Let’s start with the ambien and c pac use for organizations. How I did drugs my whole career and never got one single phone call when I came to USA at 18 escaping my past and I never thought I got out in a bigger criminal empire then what I came from. Research west coast family in Sweden that I grew up in since 4 years old. I thought that taking the flight away when I was 18 to just get introduced to the crazy shit called the nhl. I will admit to my crimes and won’t hide my part. Now it’s about truth and people are coming with me for saving my children that had no part in it. Around the 26-27th panda lawyers come out and we are going to court with the public media which is you the people. Hate me and say to change my meds. When the nhl helped me pay the extortions against my sister and kids. I will go down with them. Dm me if you’re interested to help. But I will post everything you need to knew about our fucked up sports and no lawyer can bury me with lawyers. I will eat them alive as I can’t give to shits about what happens to me. My children will never see me again. If you guys think I’m that kind of man that do that like the nhl program told me with marlow and Dan Cronin the last days then give your heads a shake. Amount of 9mm on my forehead last 10 years that they knew. Look up what happened in odense Denmark last monday and that was suppressed… hahah. I’m the villain that will bring change. Hate me.. don’t give a fuck. I love you. No matter where this goes my kids deserve to know the truth. God bless. The nhl clean up crews have been trying with me but they can’t. Here is were they have forced me too. Have a good holiday and I’m lucky to be alive. I want attention or drama queen. Let’s see when this is over if true. God bless America and the world. Fucj the corporate snakes. I’m going to convince my shit too. Let’s see if they wanna play ball. NHL players you deserve better but are a bunch of pussies. ❤️ not many people with drugs charges and criminal acts compared to the other sports. Is it the white sports or is it something else. Maybe white behave better than others. We are way worse the. Others. If my account got suspended you know the white power handled business. I am sorry to relationships I did everything for. But time to have fun. The truth will come out bipolar or not. God bless. Happy holidays. My family won’t have it. That’s on me. But I’m fighting for their future. Hate me it’s ok. I deserve it. But hate them too they were equally involved ✌️ 10-14 psychotropics they put in me to shut up. Well destroying me is a small price topay

Time is up. Not going alone. truth coming soon.

Pep Guardiola on watching Arsenal’s style: “Yeah [I like watching Arsenal]…” Reporter: “What is it you like about them because they get a lot of criticism for their style?” Guardiola: “Yeah, people are so demanding. So demanding for the media, for the supporters, for everyone. I enjoy watching it. I learn a lot, many, many, many things. And the people, what they want, the people they want is win. “We fight in an aspect that is really, really, really important that we cannot fight against. It's 22 years without winning the Premier League. So with that aspect, we cannot fight. So they have something that makes it unique. “I know that I knew that feeling when we arrived here and for a long time we didn't win the Premier League, or a long time not because with Manuel and Mancini they did it, but for our era I would say one at a time, but in the first I know how you feel it, and that is something that we cannot play against, so that's why we had to focus on the way we had to play.”

I made over 2.5 million dollars this past week betting sports. Yes, it sounds easy. Yes, it sounds simple. But the truth is, this is the result of years of obsession, discipline, and grinding at my craft. I spent four straight years playing poker 18 hours a day. That was my entire life. Wake up, play poker, think about poker, sleep, repeat. That level of focus is how I became one of the top players in the world and made over 10 million dollars playing poker. Poker built my foundation. Discipline, risk management, emotional control, and the ability to perform under real pressure. But the reality is, there are no billionaires in poker. There are billionaires in sports betting. So I went all in on sports betting and walked away from poker completely. I took everything I learned and built this the right way. I hired the best analysts and handicappers in the world, people I met through poker, and brought them together under one operation. Because of the platform I’ve built, these guys make more money working with me than they ever could on their own. That is how I’m able to operate at an extraordinary level and consistently win at a very high rate. Winning 2.5 million dollars in a week is incredible, and I’m grateful, but I’m not satisfied. I’m constantly sharpening my edge and building something bigger. My vision is to turn this into a nine figure a year business. I truly believe I’m on the path to becoming a billionaire one day. I think back to being a kid, dreaming of being a professional gambler, having a gambling themed bar mitzvah, and looking up to my father, one of the best poker players in the world. This path has been inside me for a long time. Today, my entire life revolves around becoming the best sports bettor possible. I wake up thinking about it, go to sleep thinking about it, and live it every single day. Grateful for the journey. Let’s keep going.

I’m recording this about 17 minutes before I hop on a zoom call so what’s your watching here? It’s a lot of what you’re watching. I think most importantly what you’re seeing is me having a good time and enjoying myself I’ve been really paying attention to that you know I can be so formulated formulaic strategic just because of you know the muscle memory of being an artist and a professional that sometimes I forget to you know, laughing and have a good time so the top of the year has been very consistent. You know we talked about the optimism you have come January 1 here we are in March. I’m not sure the date but we’re in March now almost in the first quarter and I’ve been working every single day. I’ve been living every single day but two weeks ago I got sick and I don’t know if it was allergies or whatever or something that was just going around because a few of my collaborators also was out and are still out to this to this day but everyone’s good everyone’s getting rest but that break really jolted me and scared me just how when I take the weekends off to go and live I always have this thought of when I go back on Monday do I still have it? Am I still in that mode that I’ve been feeling? the answer to that question is yes and I say that to say there’s this Producer, who I found on TikTok just because I love keeping my ear to the streets. It’s not good on the back and you shouldn’t keep your ear to the street for too long because it’ll make your back hurt, but it’s worth the pain. I promise you, but I found this Producer and the captain was. I’m making a beat every day and if I miss a day I quit and I sell all of my equipment. I’ve been in the search of just new production. I’m looking for a new bounces of drums and I feel like the youth is where it’s always gonna be at. I take pride in pointing at people who may not have the experience or anything yet but that doesn’t mean that you you don’t have what it takes to change the world or the Sonic’s so I reached out to trippy and I told him yo I’ve been looking for help on drums and swings I’m gonna nerd out for you but like I’m kind of getting tired of hearing the snare on the two and four or a repetitive high hat patterns and what I seen when I seen trvpyyy post well what I heard rather with someone who was taking liberties and swings and bounces, so I shot my shot in DM them got his number and we hopped on a FaceTime call and he told me his name was trippy and immediately I started smiling from the inside and out because I have a friend by the name of trippy who very early on took the chance to say yo I like what you doing I want you to get a front seat of what it’s like to be a superstar and also what it’s like to show love and be a friend and pour into someone so recording this now healthy me and Jason are back in the gym. We had a very strong week I had a very exciting week of being outside and just being with friends and loved ones Lotta late nights but we make sure we still get up in the morning and hit our 3 mile run or our leg days, upper body or full body . The weekends are usually my time to rest and live, but I’m recording live now from the studio excited and ready to play and Jam just because I genuinely love what I do there’s a lot That’s about to happen in a great way actually coming up this week and I’m excited for that but I’m even more excited to have a great time and just have a blast I’m so thankful I’m so present. I’m so appreciative of the life that I lived. I love that I get to speak these things and it gets transcribed in a text but I mean every single word. I love you and I’ll see you later, Playboy it’s about to be a fun week.
