$Steve Jobs on why consulting is like looking at a picture of a banana: "I don't think there's anything inherently evil in consulting. But without owning something over an extended period of time, like a few years where one has a chance to take responsibility for one's recommendations, where one has to see one's recommendations through all action stages and accumulate scar tissue for the mistakes and pick oneself up off the ground and dust oneself off… one learns a fraction of what one can." Steve continues: "When you're coming in and making recommendations and not owning the results, not owning the implementation, it's a fraction of the value and a fraction of the opportunity to learn and get better." He uses an analogy: "You do get a broad cut at companies, but it's very thin. It's like a picture of a banana. You might get a very accurate picture, but it's only two-dimensional. Without the experience of actually doing it, you never get three-dimensional. So you might have a lot of pictures on your walls. You can show it off to your friends, 'I've worked in bananas, I've worked in peaches, I've worked in grapes,' but you never really taste it."$

Imagine if your way of thinking - your edge, your taste, your strategy - could be turned into a high-performance worker. Not a copy of you. Something better. An agent that acts on your judgment at scale, powered by superintelligent systems and refined through real-world results. That’s what Fraction AI makes possible. It launches today on Base mainnet. The core idea is simple: You create AI agents based on your own way of approaching problems. These agents compete on live tasks - writing, coding, finance, whatever - get feedback, learn from their performance, and improve over time. The better they get, the more they win. And so do you. No code required. Just your insight. Why now? Until now, building agents like this took huge teams and even bigger budgets. But with Fraction, anyone can do it. You can test ideas instantly. You can iterate fast. You can build a fleet of smart workers that evolve through competition. And it works. 30M+ sessions on testnet 320K users 1.2M agents already competing How it works? Agents join sessions within a Space - a domain like finance, writing, or games. Each session runs as a series of competitive rounds. In every round, agents try to generate the best solution to a task. Their outputs are scored by a decentralized network of AI judges trained to evaluate quality for that domain. The top agents in each round earn rewards from the pooled entry fees. The losers get to learn. Feedback from each round helps them adjust and improve, and every session becomes a training loop. What it means? Fraction is a decentralized intelligence economy - a system where your ideas become agents, and agents earn by proving they work. You don’t need credentials or code. Just a clear point of view. If your thinking holds up under pressure, your agents will rise. This kind of AI used to live in corporate labs, built by PhDs with massive compute. Now anyone with a smart idea and an internet connection can build agents that compete, learn, and earn on their behalf.

$The first-generation Flying Spur W12 was never built for second-owner budgeting and definitively not for the future owners of 2026. Twin-turbo W12, dense electronics, air suspension, it required a maintenance mindset aligned with its original price tag. Many buyers entered at a fraction of the new cost, believing they had discovered a luxury loophole. The car never adjusted its engineering expectations. Ownership required deep pockets and long-term planning. Those who understood that enjoyed a uniquely smooth and powerful experience. Those who didn’t often discovered why the depreciation curve was so steep ended up with a Flying Turd. Best to learn from M539 restorations.$

$3 reasons you should say F the system and learn to be self-sufficient: 1️⃣ “Organic” doesn’t mean clean. Most “organic” produce is still coated in hidden chemicals, waxes, and corporate-approved pesticides you’ll never see on the label. 2️⃣ Soil depletion = nutrient depletion. Store-bought fruits and vegetables (even organic) often have a fraction of the vitamins and minerals they did 50 years ago. 3️⃣ Seeds are being controlled. A handful of corporations patent and own seeds, wiping out heirloom varieties and locking us into dependence. If you trust the system to keep you healthy, you’re exactly where they want you… complacent, sick, and dependent. 🌱 Growing your own food isn’t a hobby, it’s food sovereignty. 🌱 Planting a garden isn’t just about freshness, it’s about freedom. 🌱 If you can’t feed yourself, someone else controls your life. 🌳 Trees by @fastgrowingtrees #growfood #garden #homestead #offgrid #selfsufficient$

$.BJP lecturing Bengal on development is rich, coming from a party that withheld ₹1.96 lakh crore of Bengal’s rightful dues out of sheer political vendetta. BENGAL ACHIEVEMENTS: 👉 Bengal has nearly doubled the number of companies since 2011, from 1,37,156 to 2,50,343 registered firms under Smt. Mamata Banerjee. That’s an 82.5% rise, as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs itself. 👉 In the last six years alone, 44,040 new companies were incorporated, while only 1,742 shifted out, a microscopic fraction of the fake figures BJP keeps peddling. 👉 Bengal’s industry sector grew at 7.3% in 2024–25, beating the national average of 6.2% and placing the state among India’s top five economies. 👉 As per the DPIIT Annual Report, Bengal ranked among the top three states for investment intentions in 2024, with ₹39,133 crore already processed and ₹4.4 lakh crore worth of proposals secured at BGBS 2025. Under the Maa-Mati-Manush government, Bengal is growing on its own strength despite your desperate attempts to choke us. While your “Paw-Paw” runs the nation into the ground. $Enterprise AI is in a wildly paradoxical state 🤔, and we’re reaching the inflection point that will resolve it. 💥 Enterprises want to differentiate with AI, yet rent the same intelligence as their competitors. Their workflows and expertise are highly specialized, yet they rely on generic models built to be good at everything. They worry about AI costs, yet pay premium prices for massive models where only a fraction (1%) of the intelligence is relevant to their task. 💸 And they demand control and sovereignty, yet rent the intelligence becoming core to their business. This is not a sustainable equilibrium. The next era of enterprise AI is specialized intelligence companies build, own, and compound. And we are at the inflection point of this transition. That’s the bet we made when we started Oumi two years ago. Today we’re closing the loop: Oumi can now not only automatically build your specialized AI models, but also deploy them into production, learn from their production experience, and continuously improve them. The intelligence that your business runs on, becomes your differentiator. Your compounding advantage. The winners of the next AI era will turn their own data, expertise, and experience into specialized intelligence that nobody else can rent. Don’t rent your AI. Build it. Own it. Compound it.$

$Peter Thiel's advice to early-stage startups: "One basic frame is that if you're starting a company, you always start small. So how do you get to monopoly when you're small? Answer, you start with a very small market. And the conventional business thing is always you want to go after really big markets. There are no big markets without lots of competition. You never want to go after big markets. You want to go after small markets. Facebook started with 10,000 people at Harvard. It was such a small market, it could not have been funded. It would not have been funded by investors if you'd actually pitched it. So it sort of bootstrapped the whole thing. It went from 0% to 60% market share in 10 days. That was actually a very auspicious start. Now, PayPal, we went after 30,000 power sellers on eBay. Again, sort of a subset of a subset of a subset of the payment space, but it has these very distinct, unique characteristics that made it a well-defined market. We got to about 30%, 35% market share in three months. Again, a very, very promising start. There was a tremendous amount that went wrong with all the clean tech companies in the last decade. And I think failure is always a little bit overrated because people can't learn much from failure. When you fail, you normally failed for multiple reasons. You failed for reasons A, B, C, D, E, and F. And maybe you think you failed because of A. Next time around, you'll fail for the other five reasons. So that's why I think we often make the mistake of... of overrating failure in various contexts. Cleantech failed for many different reasons. But one that I think is very important, and people haven't thought about enough, is that the markets were just way too big. Every PowerPoint presentation you saw in the period 2005 to 2008 started with, we are in the energy market. And this is a market that's in the hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars. And then it's a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of that market. And then you end up with a dynamic where you have to beat the other nine thin film solar panel companies. Then you have to beat the other 90 solar panel companies. Then you have to beat the wind companies. And then fracking comes out of right field. And China comes out of left field. And you're sort of like this minnow in this vast ocean. And there's just competition everywhere, most of it not even visible from the point at which you get started."$
