Consistent character with Hunyuan and Skyreel! 🎥✨ In collaboration with Kartel.ai .ai, we worked on a pipeline using ComfyUI with the Hunyuan & Skyreel models—both designed for video. We first captured him volumetrically, then trained a LoRA model directly on video data, allowing us to generate sequences where a person remains consistent across shots. The goal is to maintain identity and style over time, pushing the limits of AI-generated video. Excited to explore this further! 🔥 with J. LoRA training is the standout feature. You can fine tune Qwen Image directly online, export the trained LoRA, and plug it straight into ComfyUI workflows like any custom model. This replaces a lot of paid LoRA setups.

Apple built a large foundation model and fine-tuned it on multiple tasks. But they are doing something very clever: They load a single model in memory and use different adapters to specialize the model on the fly. I recorded a video to show you how to write the code to do the same thing Apple is doing. I explain everything step by step. Here is what I'll show you in the video: 1. We'll load two datasets 2. Then load a large model 3. Then, we'll fine-tune the model on both datasets I'll use LoRA to fine-tune the model. This process creates two small adapters, each specializing in solving one of the datasets. The base model's original parameters will remain unchanged. From here: 4. We'll generate a list of tasks 5. We'll load the correct adapter to solve each task The large model I'm using needs 346 MB of memory, but I only need to load it once. Each adapter is only 2.7 MB. I only need to load the base model once and pair it with any of the fine-tuned adapters. Minimum memory footprint and I can solve multiple tasks. Hope this helps!

Is AI going to replace CEOs or just make the existing ones 10 times richer? I think it'll make everybody richer, if they learn how to use the tool. It's a re-education to understand how to use the models. We use them in our businesses for example, there's 95 words in a 15-second social media post about a business. So we'll let the copywriter write the first pass and then we'll put it through five different models. Then we'll test it and see which one gets better engagement. We can do all that for a fraction of the cost it would have been five years ago.

Our build-up starting from GK is terrible, needs to be fixed —— I already did a thread on that on how to fix it + the thread on FDJ as a libero has a point on how to fix the build-up. We’re too direct, we play one of the CB’s and they try to break 2 lines in finding the CF (Lewa), it’s a high-risk, high-reward move that rarely functions. We need to move their press and make the players more ball-oriented after the first pass from Peña —— try to pin their players in a triangle cage and from there try to carry it/change the play because their 2nd line will be non-existent from the press waves.
