Apple built a large foundation model and fine-tuned it on multiple tasks. But they are doing something very clever: They load a single model in memory and use different adapters to specialize the model on the fly. I recorded a video to show you how to write the code to do the same thing Apple is doing. I explain everything step by step. Here is what I'll show you in the video: 1. We'll load two datasets 2. Then load a large model 3. Then, we'll fine-tune the model on both datasets I'll use LoRA to fine-tune the model. This process creates two small adapters, each specializing in solving one of the datasets. The base model's original parameters will remain unchanged. From here: 4. We'll generate a list of tasks 5. We'll load the correct adapter to solve each task The large model I'm using needs 346 MB of memory, but I only need to load it once. Each adapter is only 2.7 MB. I only need to load the base model once and pair it with any of the fine-tuned adapters. Minimum memory footprint and I can solve multiple tasks. Hope this helps!

So the only way the Tomahawk is gonna be shoot is as if we shoot it, and we're not gonna do that... It takes a year of intense training to learn how to use it. This micro-drama was created by one of Hedra’s team members in a few hours taking it from concept, character design, and set design to full generation and edit using our latest agent harness. Our build-up starting from GK is terrible, needs to be fixed —— I already did a thread on that on how to fix it + the thread on FDJ as a libero has a point on how to fix the build-up. We’re too direct, we play one of the CB’s and they try to break 2 lines in finding the CF (Lewa), it’s a high-risk, high-reward move that rarely functions. We need to move their press and make the players more ball-oriented after the first pass from Peña —— try to pin their players in a triangle cage and from there try to carry it/change the play because their 2nd line will be non-existent from the press waves.

Here's a look behind the scenes of how I used a 3d model, generated from an image, as a "driver" for ai animation. In the near future we'll see more 3d tools that support these types of workflows, with much more emphasis on enhancing user input instead of just letting the ai do everything. I used the 3d model to generate keyframes that I then animated in Luma Dream. By using a 3d model with a diffusion "layer" done with Krea, I got quite high quality frames with a relatively high consistency as well since the AI didn't have to "hallucinate" that much. I upscaled and detailed the frames using Magnific. Using semi-detailed 3d models as drivers for gen ai is very powerful, and it allows us to use models that are sculpted in a more free-flowing type of workflow that doesn't rely so much on high surface detailing or very time-consuming finish, but instead relies more on gestural 3d sculpting. #art #ai
