That's incorrect. This is DNS resolver only.

It's great to see someone added DNS to the flow, but I think the flow is a little messed up. Still If it's just for illustration purposes.

A missing detail: The DNS server is behind the VPN, otherwise the VPN would communicate with the regional server of the user instead of the server of the specified VPN location. +OP is indian.

Most VPNs take care of DNS requests.

Learning Kubernetes and learning Kubernetes for production is 2 different things. If you want to learn kubernetes for production than consider spending some money and join my 9 week real world Kubernetes on EKS bootcamp

This guide about split tunnel VPN. That is security hell. Allowing attackers to use external PC/phone as gate to Internal network. All traffic including DNS, WEB, mail, whatever MUST go trough VPN tunnel, nowhere else. Forced allways up VPN best option to home-office workers.

That's not entirely accurate. VPN steps: You connect to a VPN server. Your data is encrypted on your device. The encrypted data travels through the internet The VPN server decrypts the data and sends it to the destination. The website sees the VPN server IP, not your real IP.

That’s not how VPNs work. You’re showing a DNS leak. 😂
