How would you classify Carlton Centre?

C-grade (or maybe the first-ever D-grade🫠😅)

Don't know much about property...but I do know that your tweets are A-Grade

Thank you so much. I’m glad that you enjoy my content🙏👏

I love your posts, highly knowledgeable and helpful, thank you!

I’m glad you find them valuable. It makes typing them up worthwhile 🙏🙏

@CheetahPlains I like your last paragraph. I have looked at the property called 16 On Bree! 2-bedroom flats, with amenities going for R6m. What grade would that be? I feel it is overpriced though. OK, it is in the CBD of cpt...maybe that is why?

P-grade. 16 On Bree also has a commercial offering on the ground floor. It’s a new build with excellent views the higher you go. It’s entry level P-grade if you will (that’s when I’m comparing to the P-grade of the V&A Waterfront precinct just over the road). The Waterfront has some serious P-grade offerings.

Have you heard anything about the Golden Acre yet as I've heard a rumour that it has been sold

It was sold long ago but still some co-partners
