@hubermanlab Critical thinking and supporting individuality early on in school would partly solve the issue of thinking for oneself.

@hubermanlab Yes, until you have questioned an idea and dissected it to see if it’s true from various angles, it’s not really a part of your truth yet. When you can fully grasp an idea or thought to be true, nobody can tell you it’s not.
